Perfect location and comfortable stay with amazing staff.

Too many little things. Finding the check-in desk was confusing. They could do a better job with signs there to start (take the elevator to the 7th floor). I was promised a sparkling wine would be in my room each night and had to ask for it the first night and never got it the second. The shampoo dispenser was empty and the soap dispenser in the shower broke and couldn’t be used. I couldn’t find the room service menu (it’s on the TV). The bar service was lacking. And the room key as a pass to your floor in the elevator didn’t work consistently resulting in more than one round trip before I could get to my floor. I’m being too picky. Any one of these would have been no big deal. The place was clean, the bed comfortable, the location and price good. But I’ll look elsewhere first before I book this hotel again.

Great staff, helpful and accommodating. Room was cozy, bathroom was modern. Big towel energy! Slept amazing in the bed. It was located well for our activities.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Feels more like a building they tried hard to make a hotel out of with lots of island decor, but the lobby is cramped and the open space is outside with a pool and outdoor bar area. The food was subpar and overpriced. The elevators were ridiculous and annoying with broken touch screens and a card system that only sometimes go to the right floor. Location was great - just a 10 min walk to MSG in one direction, Times Square nearby the other. Not a resort or any such vibe. Rooms were clean and had nice decor.

Cars exhaust noise, ambulances and police sirens sounds reach my room at 16th floor!

Overall my stay was great . Room was cozy and clean with beautiful view of the city except for some issues: 1) The false alarm that occurred during midnight and happened twice when i was sleeping . 2) Also one of the staff who was involved in cleaning the hotel room was very rude and impolite with disrespectful attitude when I took time to answer. I don’t want to mention entire story here but I didn’t expect that from the lady.

enjoyed our stay

This was our first time staying here for a girls getaway weekend. I was amazed at how clean and fresh everything was. The room was immaculate! I loved the decor. All the things we wanted to do in the city was close by. If we stay here again & want to venture further, the trains are right around the corner. The only minor down side was the water pressure was a little low and the temperature was a bit hot. When I turned the nozzle to get the water cooler, the pressure dropped. The breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had! So good!! I would definitely consider staying here again!

Interesting hotel design - lobby on the 7th floor and lifts serve rooms as well as restaurants open to general public. This means we often experienced long queues for the lifts and they did not work well either - often missed floors! Soundproofing is not too great either - we were near the lifts and could hear every ping! On the plus side, we had a great view from our room and you can open the windows for air instead of resorting to A/C. Rooms are also on the small side as are the beds (just doubles). On the whole, OK but there are better ones in that area

Amazing stay. Room size expected for NYC. Great location for most of the Subways. Weekends around Times Square are busy. Will stay again!

Great location. lots of things to do. Only issue was late at night on the 2nd night of our stay the fire alarm went off. We were on the 28th floor and that was a bit nerve racking.

I never have a problem staying here. I stay here a lot and always have a good experience. I would say that the room service can be a little better. I asked for every day drinks and t they said i would have to go all the way down to get one drink. But other than that great place.

Elevators take wayyy too long. And then when they show up they’re full and you have to wait even longer

Fantastic location, it was so centrally placed and really great rooms The rooms were a good size for new York and the TV was great too. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed.

hotel eccellente a Times Square

perfect location rt down from time square night action, absolutely wonderful bed, clean room, shower wand leaked and was never fixed but we just used rain shower head. No complaints

All of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were all very welcoming. Our room was super clean. They always refreshed the towels without having to ask for more.

my main complaint was the noise. Could not sleep.

The check in staff were not friendly at all! They were rude. I’m not sure I understand the reasoning behind putting rude staff at your check in desk. When asked if we could have a one hour extended check out, the lady at the front desk practically yelled and flat out said no. When asked if I could speak with a supervisor, she said you’re wasting our time. The location is good but the staff for the most part were the least friendly people you’ll find, even for New York. Also, the water pressure isn’t consistent. The rooms were tight.

I enjoyed the amenities the resort had to offer. My only complaint is the size of the room. I had 1 suitcase. I had to keep it on my bed as there want enough rin on the floor to open it. I stayed 4 days sharing a bed with my suitcase. Definitely not enough room for 2 unless you pack super lite. The rooftop bar was amazing! The food at all restaurants was great!

Perfect stay with a beautiful rooftop lounge and bar. Great view of Hudson Yards.

HVAC didn’t work in room, nor did phone - could t call front desk but was able to finally get help via mobile. Switched rooms after 3 service visits, technician said the compressors weren’t built for the capacity or the building. 2nd room the HVAC worked but the TV didn’t! Elevator lines are atrocious… hundreds of tourists trying to access the roof deck & restaurant using same elevator as room guests. This place is truly the definition of lipstick on a pig.

Good little get away in the city. Would go again

The location was perfect. The hotel roof top bar had a perfect view of the TImes Square Ball.

Area around the property not the nicest, often hearing loud music at 4am from the local weed shop. However this is probably to be expected in this area which was very central to Times Sq. The hotel itself was lovely and the staff were fantastic.
