The 'Dream' room was decorated with whimsy and had a great balcony overlooking the port and square. The staff, especially Marianna, were friendly, engaging and helpful in finding sights to see. Breakfast was wonderful in the little restaurant next door. The only negative is that the room had very little sound proofing. We will return!

The Espero Royal was our very favorite stay during our recent 2-week trip to Rome and Greece. It hit all of the “3-Cs”- Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, and had plenty of charm as well. We stayed in the Romeo & Juliet room which included a large, private patio with hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and efficient. We especially appreciated Marianna, who was on duty during much of our 4 night stay. She was very helpful and personable. This is a great choice if you’re planning a trip to Nafplio.

Nice boutique hotel, staffs are welcoming and friendly, a note that there’s no elevator and we have 2 big luggages 😅, wish didn’t book the highest floor 😅.

It was pretty luxurious, we stayed in two different rooms. Good location, good breakfast (ours was included). It's a small luxury boutique hotel with maybe 8-9 rooms? Located right near the port. Parking is at the port area which is a couple minute walk (across the street large lot) Hotel probably books quickly, for good reason. It didn't have rooftop views or a pool, but it was a 5/5 comparatively to others of the same style we've room and boarded. Would recommend...even in February, it's a gem.

Good value for the money. Best included breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Only complaint was there wasn't enough hot water to fill the hot tub.

The room was clean, modern and uniquely decorated. The service was fantastic from Jim the concierge to the waitresses, maids, and manager. Breakfast was unbelievable from yogurt w it’s all the toppings to omelets made to order, cheese, bacon and fresh on. Dinner in the restaurant was also excellent. But the real treat was the private hot tub on our private deck. We had the Romeo and Juliet room. Nafplio is a must see sweet, relaxing town. Definitely stay here when visiting!

Charming and quirky room with an unusual shape and a private terrace with jacuzzi. It can get unpleasantly noisy at night because of the relative vicinity of the harbour where yachters occasionally organize screaming parties. Very attentive and friendly staff.

Everything, was great with this hotel. Location to walking everywhere, beaches, shopping, restaurants and parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable plus we had a great breakfast every morning. We love Napflio.

Great Boutique hotel with helpful staff in a lovely location.

The hotel is very nice, well maintained. Staff was incredibly helpful, very friendly. My only complaint is that there's no elevator. We had to carry our very heavy bags up and down the stairs. But everything else was great. Location was amazing.

First time in Napflion for a 3-day jaunt with my daughter. we received a complimentary upgrade to a Junior suite, which was nicely sized and comfortable. Our room included a mini fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and bottles of water. We had a large veranda with nice privacy walls. My daughter used it for a few business video calls that she had to sneak in. The wifi was more than adequate. The staff were so warm and welcoming. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the old center with views of the port and at the base of the the hike to Palamidi castle.

Hotel is beautiful and located by the seafront. There is a lovely restaurant attached which is where you're served a very nice breakfast which you preselect the night before.

I stopped here for one night and wish I had the time to stay longer. Perfect room with all amenities, design, comfort, etc. I was in a bit of a pinch to get to my next destination and lacked transportation. The hotel (actually awesome front desk employee whose name I failed to ask/remember) connected me with a reliable driver who drove a nice Mercedes and was pretty cool to ride with for two hours. However, I won’t forget her professional and helpful disposition. The location is optimal as well at the waterfront and downtown. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I travel the world and stay in hotels at least 2weeks per month and this is by far one of the most welcoming hotels I have stayed in. From the staff, the room, the amazing breakfast and the city just WOW Can’t wait to come back.

I would definitely recommend Espero Royal Stay. I visited recently in Sept. 2022. It's a great, small hotel right over a very nice restaurant that is part of the property. The staff is extremely helpful at all times, fluent in English, and very welcoming. The room is very modern, the view was great, and the bed very comfortable (which is often not the case in Greek hotels; Greek hotel beds have a reputation of being very hard). The location is perfect, very close to the water and in the center of old-town Nafplio, surrounded by the local sights. The old town area is small, so everything in the old town is either next to the hotel or very close. The breakfast was included, and it was great as well, offering a lot of different options. And having tried out the restaurants in the area, I can say that the one associated with the hotel is one of the best in Nafplio, and they gave us a 10% discount because we were staying at the hotel. My wife and I stayed four nights here; we'd certainly go again or recommend this to anyone who wants to visit Nafplio; the prices are very reasonable as well. Nafplio is a lovely little town to visit, and you can use it as a base to visit nearby important sites like Mycenae and Epidavros, and don't miss nearby Palamidi Fortress.

Public parking is a few blocks away. Our jacuzzi was perfect after a long day of walking.

Amazing ! The staff could not have been more accommodating. The room and restaurant was incredibly charming and reasonably priced. I am a frequent traveler and will definitely stay at Espero again and I highly recommend it to anyone else. Walking distance to everything and free parking a 3 min walk away.

Great room, excellent location (can't see Bourtzi from all rooms...) Staff was excellent (they walked around the corner to the coffee shop get us a second filter coffee!) 13/10 recommend 👌 #quest4fun. :0)
