I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is very kind and made sure my needs were met at every turn. I enjoyed the variety of food and the relaxing pool area. I wish I could stay longer.

Quiet and nice bed sheets Area to improve is really the breakfast choices are limited The windows of the rooms are not possible to be opened which is a problem for health & Safety - Only A/C functionning, no fresh air breathing possible in times of Climate change and energy waste management. Strange for low rise buildings Standards rooms needs a "DEEP IMPROVEMENT"

Nordic hotel is really nice! I love the place, and will definately stay more in the hotel. The house keeping guy Lucky did a reallt gooooood job!

I live in Victoria Island and wanted a little getaway with my daughter. I decided to choose this hotel as a short stay. We arrived at the check in time of 2pm. The front desk receptionist named Favour was rude and not inviting. Im not sure how she is a front desk receptionist. Her manners are awful. First off I booked on Expedia showed her my receipt and confirmation number. She says she can’t find the booking. Fine we wait while she checks with whomever. Time is past 2pm she comes and tells me she found the reservation. I’m hoping to now check in as I already ordered food from the restaurant and would like to eat it in my room. Next thing she tells me the room is not ready. Im not sure why she didn’t tell us beforehand. When I mention this to her she starts to have a bad and nasty attitude. She ruined my whole mood at this point. I took the key and entered the room. The lighting is poor. Mainly lamps in the room for lighting at night. No ceiling lights in the bedroom. The food was horrible. Hamburger was undercooked. Quinoa bowl tasted old and stale. Pizza was hard and unbearable to eat. Overall would not come back here and hope management reads this to get proper training for staff on how to treat paying customers.

A beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable with exceptionally friendly staff. Would stay here again.

I liked everything about it but the the cook almost killed me due to allergy of a shell fish which was not indicated on the menu and was reluctant to apologize. He was asked before eating and couldn't differentiate between shell fish .

Loved my stay here. The staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Loved the overall decor of the hotel and the poolside area is really nice and peaceful.

Nordic is near just about anything youd want to do in Lagos. I did gind that our shower drainage system was backed up upon initial lodging and the maintenance personnel did fix the issue, although we did continue to struggle with this during our stay. Overall, the staff is welcoming. They have just about anything you need and service is exquiste. They do go above and beyond to ensure a positive stay.

Friendly and professional staff, clean and well maintained facilities and excellent food. A beautiful pool/lounge area as well.

Nordic Hotel in Lagos is very comfortable, it looks great and the staff are very friendly and professional.

I don’t know why whomever installed the windows and Glassdoors could not have put the screws in properly. It reduced the efficiency of opening and closing. Take room 209 for an instance, The bathroom shower glass door could only be opened inward and it always hits the bathroom window. Point 2, the air conditioner should not be installed where it is. It blows all the scents from the bathroom into the bedroom. It was not possible to rest peacefully. Point 3, The cleaning products are not environmental friendly. And the staffs use the same dirty greasy old mops to “clean”? I had the most hellish experience in that particular place. The room was also crossed the hallway to the cleaning products storage unit. It was really my last resort to have gotten myself there, Because the SV Chrome Hotel uses polyesters as bedsheets, It was extra difficult to ever rest. I went to Nordic hotel next to BluCabana restaurant. I do believe we should help them to obtain more alcoholic wipes for a time such as the epidemic!

Great value for money. Friendly and a breath of fresh air in a noisy and hectic Lagos environment. If prices remain competitive I will always prefer this hotel when in Lagos.

Hotel ambience was very relaxing ... And new.. However, more foods options should be added to their menu..
