Front desk friendly and quick sign-in. Breakfast was hot. Shower door kept sliding open flooding bathroom floor.

I have stayed at this hotel two times and would stay again. Great location if attending a concert Ithink Amphitheater. Staff have always been helpful and friendly.

Clean. Upgraded to executive suite at no charge. Excellent room. Coukd not be much better at all.

Luckily we were able to book a room on 10/9. We came from Sebring to avoid Milton. We stayed one night and headed back to Sebring the next day. We don't have power as of this writing but we do have a generator to keep our fridge, fan and a few other necessities. We are grateful for the stay at your hotel.

We were in West Palm Beach for celebration of life for my father-in-law! Military tribute for a WWII vet!

I reserved a King bed room. I checked in and when I got to the room it was a double two bed. I went to the front desk and they said that they had the reservation for two beds and that the hotel was sold out which wasn’t true. The lady told us that we needed to wait two hours to have a king bedroom cleaned, we checked in at 4 pm after driving two hours to get there for an event at 6pm. She found a “King bedroom” for handicapped which turned out to be a queen bed. I couldn’t sleep well because the outside light was reflecting on the top of the AC because the curtain was electric and the switch was not in any area nearby. It wasn’t until the next day that we found a type of slide switch with no sign to get it closed.

Property was very modern, spacious and comfortable. However, room for some reason was very humid and damp. It did also smell a bit like sewage when we first came back to the room in the evening. Overall, though, the hotel is very nice.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted! Very professional and pleasant. The building pool area very clean. The cleaning people very nice!! Even the staff at the cafeteria. Very pleasant . If I can give 20 stars or more i would! I would definitely recommend this hotel. I’m coming from CT and visiting royal west Palm Beach!! Exceptional!! Excellence!!!

I was never asked for my ID when I checked in. Lady at the front desk asked my last name, loud enough for everyone to hear, and that was it. No ID to check in, no ID to check credit card used. WiFi did not work. Tried “guest”, “public” and “conference”. Would not connect to internet. Pillows are paper thin, mattress is worn. Room would not cool off. Sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot all night smoking weed. Toilet was full of dark yellow urine. Hair in many places in the bathroom. Carpet dirty as can be. Breakfast lacking anything appetizing. Only reason for three stars is the place smelled really good through the public areas. Just a shame that goodness didn’t spread into the rooms. This was our second or third stay here but also our last.

The property looks good, what I did not like was the daily cleaning was not good they do not clean well the bathrooms specially the bath tub and sink.
