The room was an old room. Ugly and dirty looking ceramic. Not even a small table. Bathroom floor is ugly. No stopper in sink. Open drain in shower. Had held shower head broken. Ac and elactricity Ok. Poor security. No internet in the room. Must go downstairs for internet.

Everything was very good. I had a very good experience staying in the hotel. Everybody was friendly, very helpful. I will recommend it to all my friends.

This is my 3rd time staying here. However, this time around it was not a positive experience- the toilet was not working. No hot water. Internet and cable not working. Dark curly hair left on the bathroom sink. I was changed from the room twice and it did not improve much. The last room also a had malfunctioning ceiling light. Staff in management was not attentive and did not respond quickly to the problems we were experiencing with the rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

We arrived to property late due to time of travel. We waited outside 5 mins for the receptionist. When we got inside our room the Air conditioner was not working. There were no towels, blankets and toilet paper. They moved us to another room and the other room did not have a fridge so WE had to carry the fridge to another room downstairs. Fridge was leaking and we almost fell. When they gave us the towels, and blanket they were stained and broken. The bed weren’t even double bed/ full size. They are twin xL so we didn’t fit. Horrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

This property is very deceiving. The guy on night time front desk asked me if he can have 200 pesos and I told him that he is working. 1 hour later when I tried to bring company to my room he said that it would be 20 dollars to have company. My television don't work, and my bathroom light don't work. I don't trust them, hopefully they don't try to lie too the Expedia company

Won’t recommend : TV not working, floor was half flooded, shower not very clean, broken door, hair in the bed sheets.

There is no comfort in that hotel, room was not clean properly. They enter your room without notice, they had note stating that if the towels get dirty you will have to pay 25$ for each of them. Electricity and water was cut off in the middle of the night, the staff didn’t tell us anything. I had to carry my bucket of water so i can take me and my daughter a shower, this hotel is so inconvenient, i will never recommend and i will never book with them again.

When you went in, the bedroom did not smell good. And not very spacious. Another the guys of the receptionist not professional. He told me when I'm coming in this place, I need to speak Spanish...

We got a room for the night as we needed to fly out the next day. Check in was smooth, room was ready on time. It needs some updating but for what I needed it was perfect. It was noisy until about midnight. Pillows were not fluffy but Bed was comfortable so I was able to sleep.

I didn’t like the fact that for the first 2days I didn’t have toilet paper in my room the beers were low quality and they didn’t have napkins at the buffet/the staff tried to accommodate the best that they could with what they have/would not recommend to anyone else

I did a reservation in this hotel for a member of my family that miss a flight, the hotel offered shuttle transportation airport-hotel-airport, my surprise was that when my family member tried to leaves to the airport the hotel wanted to charge her with $90 for a “transportation fee” and she was retained in the hotel until paid, she wasn’t able to reach me because the hotel don’t have internet connection at this time. The worst was the hotel owner reach me trough the Expedia chat to offends and harassment due our origin country he accuse me of scam because I don’t want to pay that fee. Finally in view of the threats that this person made me, I paid him what he was asking for and reported his threats to Expedia.

José is the best! Very clean place and super pleasant. I highly recommend this place Looking forward to visit Samana again and staying at his place :)

The room I expected had a few issues. The king bed was two double beds pushed together and there were a lot of stains on the sheets which didn’t make it feel as clean. There was a big hole in a window that had another door behind it and didn’t feel safe but it was one night. The staff was amazing and helpful. But there was no hot water to shower.

At the entry to the hotel is the hotel cafe which had extremely loud music blaring. The lobby shown in the photo is deceptive because in reality it is half of what that pic portrays and was dirty. It was poorly built with uneven floors where we tripped 3 times just getting to the room. The worse part was the disgustingly filthy bathroom. The toilet seat was so stained with urine underneath that it must have been left dirty for a long time and when I wiped the top of the seat with moistened tissue some fresh urine stains came off, so they don’t clean between guests. The shower head was broken and the dark tile of the shower most likely has not been cleaned in a long time either. The pillowcase had a bunch of tiny blood stains, didn’t even bother to check the rest of the sheets. The windows ledges were so dirty that they looked like they had never been cleaned and at least one window didn’t close. This hotel is barely 3 years old, but the poor construction quality and the terrible maintenance makes it look like a dump, like a place for prostitution not for decent tourists. As a result, we left and were put in a difficult situation where none of the numbers of hotels we called worked and the sun was going down and this is not a country where you want to be driving at night. Terrible experience.
