Absolutely brilliant stay at the Adam & Eve. Room, Restaurant and staff were all excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast and dinner we eat in the restaurant were faultless. The staff were very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

First of all I must say that overall we enjoyed our stay, however there were a few things that shouldn't happen when you pay for a premium room.
Room was large, spacious and (importantly at this time of year) warm/cosey. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom and bath was large and well presented. Plenty of storage in a decent sized wardrobe.
The included breakfasts were great. From the various pancake options through the gorgeous sour bread sandwiches to the more traditional breakfasts you cannot make a bad choice.
The staff were friendly and chatty too the entire visit.
The things that were not quite right were :
Housekeeping seemed to keep missing little things. 3 days without topping up the small UHT milks was annoying when tea/coffee/biscuits were topped up (we ended up buying powdered coffees from local COOP).
Toilet roll was missed one day. We asked the cleaner for this and milk, we got the toilet roll but no milk still.
On arrival we were given a bottle of water, but never received another the rest of our week there.
Sink in bathroom is in dire need of some attention as it is very slow draining.
Just a few rough edges which took the shine off a lovely stay.
Final concern is aimmed more at the restaurant. Very limited vegetarian choices with the burger in particular disappointing and further limiting choice (it was almost too clever a veggie option in construction). There is a pub not too far away with extensive veggie options too.

The Adam and Eve was absolutely brilliant. The room was very cozy, comfortable and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable and we got a great night sleep. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, the bath tub was lovely and deep. The food was top quality, both dinner and lunch and there was a good choice of drinks at the bar. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Finally, the price. We were astounded at how amazing value for money it all was. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Double room and ensuite as expected, mattress somewhat soft for our liking. Visit during very warm period so had to have window open as no fan/air conditioning. Room overlooked beer garden area and, as close to busy main road, noise is a factor if window open for cooling. Staff excellent and food (breakfast) substantial. Recommended but be aware of location downside.

Great sized room, nice comfy bed and clean bedding. Great bathroom with separate bath and shower. Amazing food the breakfast is one of the best ive ever had and great service too. The traffic is quite load nearby but me and my partner had ear plugs so it wasn't an issue for us but could be for light sleepers.

Lovely hotel. Welcoming people made our stay very comfortable. Excellent choice of food, the breakfast was superb. We stayed here as a half-way stop for our journey to the North York Moors, so glad I chose the Adam & Eve, would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended this hotel.

The Adam & Eve has lovely modern, clean and comfortable rooms and offers an excellent breakfast.
The pub was actually shut on Monday/Tuesday of my stay but check-in was straight forward, I just wasn't able to sample the dinner menu or beers!
That aside - fully recommended.

Enjoyed our recent stay here ,a great place to explore the local area ,with Lincoln only 15 minutes away .The room was clean , tidy and modern .The hotel / pub is on a busy road ,so you may experience some traffic noise at times ,this didn't put us off and would use again in the future .The hotel / pub has a lovely garden that is kept in immaculate condition with William making sure every plant and hanging basket is kept in tip top condition.The food here is very good and the drink selection should be able to keep all happy with it's wide selection.The staff are very friendly and make sure you have everything you need.The room that we stayed in had a nice selection of teas and filtered coffee and the added bonus of biscuits .The bathroom was spotless and also had a selection of toiletries.This lovely gastro pub/ hotel should be high up on your list if looking at staying in the Lincoln area .

Overall the staff and accommodation was really good. For late arrivals like myself (9.10pm) they need to make it clear when booking that food finishes at 8 o’clock and last orders are 9.45 pm.
Tge breakfast which was included in a really good price was wonderful.

your information re check in was completely wrong. The pub is closed on mondays & tuesdays & therefore there are no check in facilities. The Adam & Eve emailed me saying they would send details of how to check in 24 hrs before date of arrival. Nothing happened & I became increasingly worried - could not contact anyone as pub was closed.I finally received info at 7.30am on the morning of my booking, this
was extreemly distressing.

Lovely dog friendly place in a perfect location. Staff were very friendly . Breakfast good. Bed comfy. Brill shower. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Superb stay, loved every minute. Will definitely travel again. All staff were very welcoming and helped my elderly mum. Nothing was too much trouble and the steak pie was the best I've wlecer tasted. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone I know traveling that way.

Arrived Sunday so bit of a rush to eat as dinner service finished at 5.
Very busy 90% tables taken.
Had Sunday roast with veg.
Roast potatoes heated up and a bit leathery and meat was from a roll but tasty. Tender veg topped with enormous Yorkshire pud.
Great choice of desserts, just too full.
Room was spacious huge bed, bed settee and bathroom. Very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and fresh water.
The TV did not tilt so unable to watch the TV from the sofa bed which was the only seating?
Mattress was too firm for me so didn't get much sleep.
Breakfast was wonderful lots of choice.
Staff were all really friendly and super efficient.
The bar closed at 9pm.
The ambience of the place is lovely and had the weather been better feel sure the lovely outside areas would have been packed.
This lovely pub is well worth a visit. especially on a sunny day. You'll need to book to eat as the place is very popular with the locals.
Plenty of rooms to stay over.

Warm welcome from staff, offered safe storage for bicycles overnight. Lovely evening meal and great breakfast.

This pub/ hotel was a delightful place to stay and would have scored 5 stars for every category but for 2 aspects which soured the stay. After we turned the room lights out we discovered that a green light from either a smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector / fire alarm was on all night and could not be turned off- this kept disturbing our sleep and was a distinct negative. Worse however was our dining experience. I ordered the steak pie for £17 which appeared excellent however it was burned underneath. The pie was served with gravy already on the plate, not on the side however the pie was quite dry and I asked for more gravy. After several minutes a waitress brought out a very small dish with more gravy which seemed slightly different from that served with the pie, it was however OK. What was not OK however was when the bill came it showed a £2 charge for extra gravy. I was informed that this was the only place serving food in the village at night other than what looked a very good chip shop, so obviously they can charge what they like for food. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, too much to eat almost and of excellent quality. Despite the address the location is about 8 miles from Market Rasen so the next time I go to the races I will not be staying at the Adam and Eve, I will stay in town and eat fish and chips.

Amazing stay for my wife’s birthday, from an easy smooth check in and out. Amazing room facilities and mod cons, great location and great value for money and amazing food. The staff were fantastic, managed to accommodate for our large booking on a Saturday night! Would 100% recommend, We found our new favourite place to stay! Thank you to the a & e staff!
