I had a great but brief stay. Wonderful amenities at this very modern hotel.

My favorite hotel in San Fran. Amazing service, rooms are perfect, staff is kind, attentive and remember us every time we arrive. Makes us feel home away from home - which is increasingly rare in the service industry these days.

It was amazing

we stayed at the luma for a concert at the chase center. we paid a little over $500 for two nights and it was well worth it! this hotel is very clean, has a lot of amenities, and extremely friendly and helpful employees! it felt like we were royalty. the rooms are definitely on the smaller side but are very modern with lots of storage space and outlets! we were on the 16th floor and had an amazing view of the bay. the rooms do not have a microwave but the employees in the lobby were so kind and heated up our leftovers for us. the cafe is lovely and has yummy coffee and baked goods. the only downside is it’s valet only and with tax was about $90 a night. but that feels basically standard for san francisco nowadays. we had a wonderful experience and would stay here again anytime!

Check in went well and room was nice. However, I spoke with the front desk about the room not cooling and he said someone would correct the issue. No one did and we were quite uncomfortable throughout the evening. In addition, the bathroom lighting is extremely dim. Lately, we stood and waited for the outside elevator to take us to the restaurant/lounge. We pressed the button several times and waited patiently. I then went to go into the lobby to ask about the elevator and the valet team told us that the lounge didn’t open for another hour. They had stood and watched us for quite some time yet no one mentioned it was closed and there are no signs with any information on hours. It was very frustrating.

Amazing! Love the robots that deliver your food directly to your room. My kids loved it!! Very comfortable. Within walking distance to AT&T park!

I found a new place to stay and wanted to cancel but was unable to. I never even checked in and the hotel never bothered to try to contact me, just kept my $3k without another word.

If your attending Oracle Park or the Chase Center which we were this is the place to stsy. You an walk to eirher one in no time. So thats just location lets talk about the stay at this amazing hotel. Staff all were friendly and courteous. The room had amzing view. The beds and pillows oh my were so comfortable.The room also was very quiet you couldnt hear people above or walking down the hallways. Now maybe we dont get out much but automated window blinds I think we all took turns making them go up and down lol! The blackout shade made the room so dark which made sleeping so much more enjoyable as we are from a rural place that gets very dark at night. Also go checkout the rooftop bar get a drink or just enjoy the gorgeous views from the 17th floor. Lastly General Manager Lee Severino who we had the pleasure to meet absolutely blew us away with his hospitality toward us. Im sure hes a very busy man but took the time to personally show us around,the hotel and offered places to go like the Ferry Building Marketplace and places to eat. Thank you sir you have a finely run establishment and with you as the GM I can see why.

New modern Hotel within walking distance of the Chase center. Clean safe area.

This time my stay wasn’t great. Requested for some basic items to be delivered and was told to get it myself downstairs with no particular explanation why. Change in experience from the past where service was excellent.

Perfect location for any event at Oracle park. Valet parking only that’s a little pricey but totally worth the convenience.

Was charged $114 for parking and nobody said a word. Website says $80. Couldn't find any bottles of water to buy and no water in the room.

Went to see a Giants game. Location was perfect, wasn't terribly overpriced, and the hotel is clean and beautiful. Going back just to visit San Francisco.

We chose Luma because of the rooftop restaurant. Disappointing to have the restaurant and rooftop closed during our stay.

It was great aside from the fact that the hotel has no parking for guests which makes no sense in downtown San Francisco.

Amazing experience life it’s best place to go

My friend and I stayed for one night as we attended a concert at Oracle. The Luma is a very nice place the staff is attentive. The rooftop bar is awesome. It is walking distance to Oracle.

$114 for valet

This property was in close proximity to events we were attending (SF Giants Game). The staff was exceptional and very polite. The hotel is state of the art and even has a robot that will deliver you breakfast. Very cool. I would stay here again!
