Hotel was amazing

The room was basic but had everything i needed for a short stay. The pool was lovely, and big with onsite bar aswell. The issues is my room was 1st on road side, and its the main road out to palma. Very noisey, recommend ear plugs, however the hotel was lovely.

Checking was smooth and fast. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is close to the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I would return 150%!!!

Drunk tourists and noisy hallways

Great place, clean, excellent staff, the complimentary breakfast was incredible. The only issue I had was no parking, but found a place a few blocks away.

Good stay.

They had storage for baggage while we waited to check-in, it was great ! The only issue we ran into was the closure right before our check in that made the 24/7(excludes holiday) not as convenient for early check in. The staff called a taxi to be scheduled the night before our check-out upon request it was perfect. But overall super friendly staff and they had a nice pool!

The girl at check in, was very polite and informative. The harbour, beach, shops and resterants are all within easy reach, breakfast variety was more than enough. The only downfall i found was some level of noise coming from the other quests rooms, "would be nice if some people had an awarness of how much noise they are creating! Apon reading the reviews of the hotel i was really sceptical about staying, "but for money its a great little hotel and has everything you need, thats if you dont mind walls being quite thin!

The pool and the garden were really nice. Sadly it only opens from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. The breakfast buffet was also very good. It was always well maintained and there was something for every western taste. The staff was also very friendly. - Chargin € 3.- per day for the use of Wifi and € 20 - for the safety deposit box. What can I say?! I bought a local sim card for € 5.- for a month including 6 GB. - the last negative point has nothing to do directly with the hotel but with the kind of guests who stay there. Many of them arrive between 2 and 6 a.m. and make a lot of noise, slam the doors, knock at their friends doors and talk loudly in the corridor not considering other guests who are sleeping. Maybe a kind reminder at the front desk and inside the rooms would help a little bit. For this last 3 reasons I wouldn't go back there.

Everything about this place was great and I didn't even get to check out the pool. Always so much other stuff to do.. Couldn't get much more central and couldn't fault the hotel at all. In fact, the only reason I didn't give it TOP marks was through no fault of its own, vis-a-vis, the street outside could get noisy late at night and into the early hours of the morning as revellers made their way back from the beachside bars. It wasn't enough to keep me awake for long but it was there. Might be a problem for some lighter sleepers.

Great stay, but could have done with a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold

It was nice hotel, but I would rather have booked air BnB.

We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 1 night. Hotel is very noisy, rooms in need of major update, floor was not clean, beds uncomfortable. Just a very unpleasant experience.

Amazing

Worst experience in my life. Hotel from last century very old room facilities. Had to TV remote stinky air-con and no soundproof rooms make. Tried to sleep with earplugs but it doesn't work at all so couldn't do that. Day before my check out reported that have no more shower gel in my bedroom reported that in reception and Unpleasant lady said that can have it tomorrow when domestic come what was unacceptable and disrespectful for me. Food very untasty during breakfast scrambled eggs had green colour. It's not definitely 3 stars hotel it's not even 1. Will avoid everyone to pay bit more and book hotel somewhere else

The hotel was in a good location. The clients were a little bit loud. A/C did not work well at night.

The hotel was overall goo , however couple of things that may need to think for the future. The wifi is not free and nowadays in every single place you might have a free wifi. Taking in your account that you are in a beach area the swimming pool is just open until 18:30 we believe that it is too early. Breakfast was ok there wasn’t too many options but good.

Nice location! Great pool! Very friendly and helpful staff! Close to the beach and buses around!
