Very nice hotel.. i can't wait to go back

The girl at the reception was very helpful, the check in process was very smooth and provided useful information for the area.

Nice , its more built for European then Mediterranean, for example the shower is a bare window where anyone in the room see you with no privacy whatsoever specially if you have kids ,also the bathroom same thing a bare glass window, breakfast was not the best eithernot worth the $300 a night i am sure you could find much better in the area.

Property is very nice, but the M Avenue is noisy area due to workers working from mid night till early morning in fixing stands and booths

Loved our stay here. Great breakfast and pool area. Excellent service as well. Only downside was that our WiFi was a little slow in our room at times. But nothing else negative to say. Spacious rooms, great food and great service!

The experience overall was very good. It can reach excellent if few details were taken into consideration. First is the rudeness of the person at the gate, which I think need more training in customer service. Also the location of the restrooms in front of the main elevators in the middle of the lobby is such a terrible idea because the smell hits you as a first experience when you get out of the elevators or when you are in the lobby going towards the elevators. I still rate the overall experience as very good very close to excellent.

The hotel isn’t 4🌟 the pool it looks very bigger but it very small

Amazing Staff , the staff at this hotel need a special mention , everyone is so friendly , from the porters , to the cleaners , to the reception , the catering staff , the pool area , all the way upto the management . They all made a special effort to make me feel welcome , and at home . I highly recommend this hotel , I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world , but I must say the feeling and welcome , I got from all the staff made me feel at home , and made my experience staying here memorable. I will always appreciate the care and welcome they gave me and when I return to Marrakesh from now I will only be staying at this hotel . Simply amazing . Lovely staff and hotel.About 10 mins away from the main square .Upmarket area of Marrakesh . We were given a room at the side of the building — unfortunately that was the side where a lot of motor bikes are parked and we found the noise late at night disturbing.The rain shower was a bit slow and the water temperature a bit unstable . Overall a good hotel and we would stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay in this hotel we would highly recommend. The area is nice new development with nice shops and restaurants. The hotel spa is great. The service of the front desk staff and bell boys were excellent.

Very nice stay here. Very clean and the staff was helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet with plenty of space. The breakfast was amazing and there were dining options close by.

Great stay, great staff that resolved all minor issues on day one, amazing area and very safe at all times. Will recommend again and again and hopefully stay there again next time.

Perfect location

I loved everything with the property

This is a pretty standard hotel. The layout of our room was very basic and there were no special touches E.g. the mini bar is empty, our friends had a complimentary fruit basket in their rooms- we did not. The customer service is good, we received cold drinks upon arrival served in fancy Prosecco flutes. Room service was also very quick. The room was spacious. Also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet lots of tasty options. I would stay here again if on low budget,

Staff are super helpful and friendly. Cleanliness could be a tad better, nothing too serious.

We arrived at the airport and midnight and wanted quick reliable lodging. What we didn't expect was a great comfortable night and the best breakfast we have enjoyed in all the world. The staff, especially Rad, we so helpful in retrieving for us insulin left in the refrigerator when we realized our mistake several days later. He was very kind and efficient. So heart warming far from home!
