Great hotel. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. The breakfast is amazing. We had the evening buffet the first day, and that was really good. The skybar is cool, but a little upgrade for snacks and small courses could be good. Sauna is a must in the afternoon.

The Guesthouse was extremely comfortable and ideally situated for the Northern Lights photography that was the main reason for our visit. Our grateful thanks go to Lukus and Keke at the reception area who worked so hard to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thanks, Lukas, for all the advice and help getting the heavy luggage up the stairs, and thanks, Keke, for accommodating our travel to the airport. Good luck to you both. New, modern, comfortable.

Very clean, beautiful new hotel. The smallest fridge I have ever seen but it worked very well

We stayed at Scandic Kiruna two nights and had an amazing experience. Our room was spacious and decorated with beautiful furniture and items. The bathroom was large with skin products from Face Stockholm. The first evening we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, we were served delicious food based on local ingredients and traditions. The breakfast buffet was amazing too. The second evening we used the hotels gym and the sauna, both w panorama view over Kiruna and the mountains. Finally; we had cocktails in the Skybar two nights in a row. An absolutely amazing experience at a hotel that I fully recommend.

It was an excellent hotel for our stay in Kiruna. We were really excited to check out sky bar but unfortunately it was closed for an event during our stay without notice so that was disappointing. They have a beautiful gym so don’t forget your workout gear!

Nice hotel, clean and quaint. The whole town is amazing, the hotel is in their new downtown but the old downtown is just a quick bus ride away. I recommend their restaurant and breakfast buffet, all delicious food!

We had a family room with 2 normal beds and a bunk bed which worked well for us, 3 adults and a 11 year old. Of cause the normal beds were way more comfortable but bunk bed was ok if you like a bit firmer bed. Room had high ceiling and felt spacy with good air (maybe a few degrees lower at night would be even better). Only problem was that it was very poor WiFi connection which was surprising in such a brand new hotel. We had no WiFi in the room and even in the corridor it was quite poor coverage. Restaurant was very good. We ate both dinner and breakfast and was super satisfied both with food and service. SkyBar was worth a visit with great view and cozy furniture.

Good bed and luxurious feeling because of the high seeling. Reception and services a bit awkward but friendly enough. Room with bath tub, no bide-shower. Toaletpaper was the same cheapest one as it was on the mountain-stations. No toiletries available even to buy, so remember to take comb etc with you. There is no room service and restaurant is quite busy at times, no quarantee that you get a table. Limited options for other restaurants to choose when not having a car.

Great place to stay for a night. The room was amazing with double-hight ceiling. The breakfast was tasty with loads of variety but dinner options were limited and the vegetarian option poorly made and seasoned.

Great Hotel

New hotel in the under construction center, in the industrial area of town. There’s nothing close by, no restaurants, shops, etc. They should pave the entrance, it’s rough gravel and the parking area is the same, across the road. Nice facility, but not well thought out for opening.

Great for families, with fold down bunk beds suitable for 2 children. Easy buffet-style breakfast. Lovely bar area with views over the area.
