Upon arrival greeted professional and explanations of our stay were also expressed professionally. North elevator was broken entire stay. We could tell the hotel hallways were dated and full of odor. Water leaks from AC units through the hallways. Elevator was dated and in need of great repairs. Breakfast was cold and not much of a selection. The breakfast area had a bar area that looked like it had not been used in months. Could be used for other amenities for the guests such as happy hour; just a suggestion. However the waffles were yummy. Front lobby clean, and looked updated. Staff looked clean and treated with kindness. Did not go out of their way to help make stay more enjoyable. Could try updating breakfast with more of a variety and less seasoning on food. Breakfast personnel was very helpful, pleasant, talkative and wore a smile. Greeted the guests with a good morning and light conversation.

I was a little surprised that the property was not very busy for a Friday. It is within a mile of the airport but apparently this is a slow time of year. The staff was uniformly helpful any time we talked to them; and we delt with them several times. The room was well appointed with a full sized refrigerator, two burner stove top, sinks in the lavatory and the studio area, a desk top, a sofa and plenty of outlets. There is not a restaurant on site but the lobby pantry has some variety. I would recommend the property to business travelers and for small conferences. We were there for a family reunion and were pleased with our stay.

Great place to stay. Rooms were great and more up to date than some other hotels around town in Wichita. Staff were pleasant as well. Breakfast was basic but I don't have a huge appetite so that was okay. Hallways could be updated from wear, but it was an overall excellent stay.

The staff was friendly and responsive and the best on my whole trip. The property is old but there are obvious efforts to do the best they can with it. The rooms are clean with no carpeting and look updated. The hallways are interestingly dim and a bit liminal and that was neat. The pool was ice cold but useable and the area was very clean. The road noise is loud but that's not something easily fixed. The area of town is very rundown (not safely walkable) with signs warning to empty your cars so as to not tempt potential theft but once inside it does not feel unsafe. At the price point, it was not awful.

We stayed for a weekend family trip. One of the selling points for me was the pool. Kids love to swim. The photos are really nice, the pool itself and the room look nice but the pool was FREEZING! We had to get my 5 year old out because her lips were turning blue and she was shivering. It wasn't the typical 100 deg summer weather but even with the cool front and it being in the 80s that room should not have been that cold. I couldn't imagine staying in the winter. They have some loungers in the pool area but all the loungers are broken. There are some green chairs that are somewhat comfortable to sit on but if you're wanting to lay back then it's a no go. The room had a musty smell. The room itself was very clean and nice, but the smell was noticeable. I think it is just an old hotel. Beds were firm which I prefer but my husband wasn't a fan of. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Typical continental breakfast. We were really looking forward to swimming more but it was just way to cold to stay for too long. I don't think it was worth the price but it wasn't the worst place we have stayed in Wichita. It's fine for a quick place to stay for the night but I don't think we will go back.

Room and service was great, the only issue was one elevator was out of service.

It was good for us. I didn’t have to use it, but the elevator on our side of the hotel was out of order. I found it clean and the room was very spacious. I was not happy with the weird moisture like smell when I walked into our room. But the room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Just all around good property

No Hot Water at bathroom sink. When we checked out in the morning, front desk clerk said it could not be. But there was only a small flow of water no matter which way you moved the handle

Nice big room 2 queen beds and plenty of room for a blow up bed for the 3rd kid. Kitchenette. Nice hotel. Good breakfast. No complaints. Pillows were great and the beds were comfortable. Not too hard. Not too soft. We will stay again here on our bi annual trips to see family. Great value for the price. Def recommend. Pool was great too. Kids loved it. Close to many restaurants and quiet

Good place to stay on a budget. Its an older hotel that has been/is in the process of being, renovated. The changes are noticible, and they have done a good job of updating and working with what they have. Room was very clean and well appointed. The only think we found lacking was a 'fan' in the bathroom. The full-sized refrigerator was a definite plus. The breakfast was nothing fancy, but had good variety, and the attendant was cheerful, kind, and very helpful (I have mobility issues, and she was very attentive - I wish I had thought to catch her name). Would stay here again if we ever get back to W. Witchita.

The interior was unkept in the room-outdated. Linen on bed not white-yellowed. Towels almost threadbare. The refrigerator stopped working the second day- had to throw food out. Room came with a kitchen and no supplies.

The facility has been refurbished but needs additional attention to some items. For example, carpet on stairs needs to be repaired at a minimum, but it would be better to replace the existing carpet with new. Highway noise is an annoyance on the east side of the building. Nevertheless, it is a good value otherwise.

The hotel is in a run down part of town. The appearance when we pulled up was a little disappointing. The Lobby however, was very nice. Then you get past the lobby and it's very old. Looks like they are in the process of fixing it up, just very outdated. The room wasn't so bad. It was clean. It's an extended stay hotel, so it was kind of loud. And they're was always piles of towels and trash down the hallway. The elevator was very small and felt a little sketchy.

Room is very clean and comfortable. I slept wonderfully.

The duvet needs cleaned. The cleanliness in general very subpar. I went down to ask for more hand towels and they did not have any. Just dirty in general.
