Check in was great, but to many kids at the pool and gym lacked strength training equipment.

The Breakfast was the only thing i can say needs a lot of work. Nothing fresh. No biscuits for the sausage gravy. Had to ask for it. The breakfast meat was dried out. The hotel otherwise was great.

Had to travel to DTW for a family emergency so things were already stressful. Arriving at this hotel felt comforting. Omar was manning the front desk and was doing an amazing job getting everyone checked in. His customer service and knowledge of his job were impeccable.

The rooms were so clean and we had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very friendly!

One of the ladies at the counter in the morning was incredibly rude (every day of the 4 days I stayed) to everyone I saw her interact with… The rest of the staff however were lovely. Coffee was terrible and bacon only seems to be provided to employees and none for the guests. Water is also not provided and was often not even available for purchase.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking at hotel was safe and convenient. The location provided easy access to Dearborn tourist sites as well as downtown Detroit.

Check in was a breeze with friendly staff.
Breakfast was simple but worth it not having to go out and buy breakfast. Selection of pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs, sausage and other options like cereals, toast with jams and peanut butter and other breads.
Room was clean and comfortable no complaints. The Dove products in the bathroom was an added bonus. We’ll definitely stay here again if in the area

Very nice hotel in an otherwise sketchy neighborhood. Property felt safe but I did not venture outside of the property after dark and parked in a well lighted area. When checking in, Moses was doing a great job of handling a request from a potential guest when another individual came in and interrupted this nice couple. He was rude, arrogant, and dismissive when they were inquiring about renting a room for a gathering. The customer tried to interact in a friendly way but this person kept saying these are corporate hotels in nasty and dismissive tone.

Overall the stay was fine. However, I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom floor was dirty. The bed sheets, pillows, and towels had stains. The sofa that one of my kids was going to sleep on, also had a huge stain. So, we didn't even sit on it. We were only there for 2 nights, so we could deal with it, but definitely wouldn't stay there longer.

It’s wasn’t good or bad. The room was okay the desk lamp was broken. Also whatever cleaning chemicals used especially for mopping floor the smell of it alone let’s me know can’t be healthy for employees or guest to inhale. Also when I tried to check out no one was at the front desk. I waited 10 mins and still no one came.

Our stay was great. The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. Zainab at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to provide us with good advice on shopping options and restaurants. The other service desk agents were very friendly and helpful as well.
Overall, the stay was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Even the bathroom and amenities were plentiful.
It was great to have the free breakfast. Food was warm and always filled. The attendant at the breakfast was pleasant and easy to talk to. She was always smiling.
Thank you for a great stay. We would highly recommend this Hotel.

I only have one issue. The first time I stayed at this property Jan 2024 I was told the bottled Walmart brand water was complimentary. This time it was only complimentary at check in. I did not get a bottle at check in nor was I told to grab a bottle. Next day I came in I was thirsty, I was informed of the 2.00 dollar charge to my room. How about some consistency? Also, Let’s not gouge the customer, a case of that waster is no more than 5.00 dollars.

I have had my flight delayed 3 days this is the first time I have stayed at this location I needed a 1:00pm check out due to my flight being delayed again the guy at front desk was rude and disrespectful I will never stay at this location again I will rather go to Roseville or Southfield location this location is a complete no for me period

The hotel was clean, the staff were kind, professional and attentive. The decrease in stars was only because everything was so loud. You can hear everything through the windows, everyone moving the floor above you, and for some reason every time a door was shut in the hallway you could hear it in the night. I am a sound sleeper but still woke up every time a door shut, it was that loud. I think the hotel was just built quick and cheap? Breakfast was offered in the morning. We didn’t eat there but it was nice that it was offered.
