Everything was excellent

This is going to be my stay in Gaute city anytime I come. It is very central, I love the layout of the villas. There is a restaurant with lovely staff if you just want to stay in and above all it is nice and quiet. I definitely recommend here if you are overnighting or stay a few days in the city.😁

Im actually requesting a refund. Price give to me at time of reservation was not honered. They charged more because I used credit card. I made reservations with credit at that time nobody told me I would pay more if I used credit car. Second, room had no A/C. It was very hot and ill they had was a fan. Third, no soap in soap container. They had a used bar of soap (see pictures). Glass on window was cracked. Bad costumer service

The room was newer and a good size. The sheets had holes in them and were worn out. Unacceptable at any price point. I twice had to ask for the hot water to be fixed. The internet was horrible and very slow.

Service staff when I arrived at 12am and did not let me check in and I had to rent another room in other Hotel Really bad customer service my reservation was from January 26 to February 8

The property was hard to locate. If you exit property and staff isnt on duty theres no way to enter location. We had to switch rooms due to a musty mold smell. Our next room had a smelly shower curtain. Pillows were old and flat and tv in room didnt work proper. If you have heavy luggage this is not the best scenario. Several flights of stairs with no elevator and a walk. There are no close by restaurants.

It was ok. A trash can in the room it would it be nice. We had to use the small bathroom trash can. We ask for a bathroom mat because there was none. No key to lock the balcony door.

There was a strong smell in the bathroom and nothing was done to rid of it… they sprayed something but the odor was coming out of the drainage. Not good

Todo muy bien, el servicio y las instalaciones, excepto que en la regadera salía agua caliente y después fría (así toda la ducha). Y el aroma de la habitación era a mucha humedad.

I gave this location an "okay" rating because of the price. It was very affordable and, as they say, "you get what you pay for." So, I do not mean to discourage anyone from staying here. But, I would like to share information that might be helpful when choosing. The bathroom was very nice. It had clean towels, hand soap, shampoo, and great hot water. The hotel is multiple stories built down along a valley and it has no elevators. So, if your room is on a lower floor, be prepared to go up and down stairs. I mention this for anyone with mobility issues. There are many steps and they are outside, so they got slippery in the morning and after rain. The location made it nearly impossible to get ubers in the evenings. The beds were so uncomfortable, I actually considered changing hotels the very first night. This was beyond any extra firm mattress. It was like sleeping on a board or on the floor. My room had exposed wiring and one of the two outlets available had been pulled from the wall and was just dangling. There was no desk. The room was not sealed, so it was very damp and I had crickets, roaches, mosquitoes, and flying insects coming in. There was no closet or anywhere to put my clothes for the weeklong stay, so I had to keep it all in my suitcase. And, the only place to sit was on the bed. So, if you are looking for a place to shower and keep your things while you explore Guatemala, this would be a great choice. If you will spend any time in the room, maybe choose another.

Good place for businesspeople. Clean, well located, not very walkable, but ok, quite and new construction. I recommend them to add a table under the TV and a support for luggage. Overall recommendable.
