Some of the other guests were very noisy, they partied and played loud music until late in the night (2:00 to 3:00 am) other than that everything was fine.

Loved it ! The chairs in the waiting area were so comfortable. We were so happy there is a ATM in the lobby. However, it wasn’t working the day/night we got there. They ended up fixing it after two days out of our four night stay. We booked two rooms 1for me and my fiancé and the other for my parents. Mine had a fan and my parents didn’t. My parents had a tough time sleeping due to the heat so we put our fan in their room and requested for a fan for our room, which we didn’t receive until the last night of our stay due to me talking to the gentleman on the night shift. He stated to be persistent to the morning lady because guest leave daily and she should have had someone give us the fan. Due to lack of communication someone had gave the fan meant for us to a diff room. Besides the fan situation , it was a great stay. There is no designated parking but we had our car in a 24 hour parking lot behind the oxxo. They only accepted cash/pesos and they took real good care of the cars.

Very old property, basic accommodation, more hostel than hotel

They were kind of stingy with amenities like TP Shampoo ext.

I like everything except that most of the rooms don’t have a/c other than that is good

The staff was decent, forgot our towels, no big deal, TV was very complicated to use. The rooms are pretty old, does not look anything like the pictures. VERY COMPACT, jacuzzi was very old. The room was clean, very hot inside the room, has a portable fan, tiny window inside the bathroom so not much ventilation. It was much cooler outside than what the room was.

I was in room B1 and the the loud music from next door caused the whole room to vibrate and the door to rattle all night. On Friday the music started at 9pm and lasted until 5am. There should be a buffer wall constructed between the properties to absorb this ridiculously loud music.

Last minute booking but its tiny. Booked a room with balcony and no balcony available and they couldn't do anything about it.

It’s not the first time I stay at this hotel, but it was the first time we came across roaches in the room. It made us feel uneasy and not wanting to stay here again.

I had a stay at this hotel recently and wanted to share my experience. One thing I like about this hotel is that it's conveniently located near good restaurants and bars, and the interior is kept very clean. However, the downside is that there's no fan or air conditioning in the room I stayed in, and even when I closed the window, I could hear all the music from the street outside. If you're looking for a budget-friendly one-night stay, then this would be perfect for you. However, if you plan to stay longer, I recommend upgrading to a room with better amenities for a more comfortable experience. Overall, I would rate this hotel 8 out of 10 stars.

I been in this property like 5 times, is in the turist area, is old, kind od clean but no really, excellent value so you get what you paid for. This time i reserved jacuzzi room, i got there and they told me there was a problem with the room so they offered another room so i acepted, they gave me a room with no window no a.c. and super humid and hot and also didnt have water because was having the same problem as the jacuzzi room i reserved, is always a problem to watch tv in this hotel but this time the tv didnt even turned on, after 3 hours i just decided to leave, i tried to tell the guy in the reception but just got ignored
