The front desk personnel was rude and lacked basic knowledge of fees and booking through a 3rd party.

First night the big screen tv was on and remote didn’t work. Light in room trying to sleep, poor nights sleep. Told desk next morning, new remote not delivered, got back told desk clerk. He let “be right back” sign, came up, tried to fix. Couldn’t. Switched room to across hall on 2nd floor. Friday and especially Sat nights very loud. Very loud. Hotel is center of entertainment area very busy and loud weekend nights. Massive police presence to keep lid on. Some things they can control, some not. Wrong location for me on this trip. Very nice fancy place but not what I needed.

Amazing stay at a classy, clean and modern hotel. Higher floors had a neat perk of spectacular July 4th fireworks views. In-lobby Starbucks was convenient and surrounding area was hopping with bars, eats and walking.

Location couldn't have been better. Room was clean and modern. Having to pay $45 a day for parking was a negative. The staff in the restaurant doesnt know the breakfast policy. We booked through expedia and added the breakfast option. They told us in the restaurant we only had 5 options for breakfast. None of the choices available were anything we were interested in so we paid for breakfast again. When i asked if we could be refunded for breakfast with the hotel manager because of the situation he informed us that we should have been able to order any breakfast. When people book through bonvoy they only have 5 options but through expedia you get the full menu. They did comp our breakfast and were easy to work with. I just wish the staff had more training so we could have avoided the issue to begin with.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. Right in the middle of everything. From location to cleanliness it was perfect!

Hotel is clean. Starbucks in the lobby is handy for breakfast. Immediate area is clean with many dining options and a pretty walking area along the canal. Horticultural garden area, museum and memorial within easy walking distance, but best to avoid transit hub near memorial - area is a bit dodgy. Very little noise from other rooms, but some traffic noise from the freeway at night. We were there during a heatwave and the air-conditioning was great, dehumidification not so much. Bar and restaurant in lobby seem popular.

Johnnie was absolutely wonderful - he definitely should be the general manager. There are no microwaves in rooms, so I purchased one for my 4 day stay a left it there to donate so another client will not be unconvinced by not having one in room or in lobby. Also 4th floor has no ice machine

Our room was comfortable and relaxing. Although it was super hot outside, our room was the perfect temperature and the bed was was not to soft and not to hard, just comfy. Cleanliness is a must for me, and it went beyond my standards. The room may seem pricey but totally worth it. If you are planning a trip to Bricktown, I would totally recommend staying at this hotel, its in the heart of the fun.

Very upsetting how they didn’t have bellman service to help with luggage and that the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept on. Only plus is it was very quiet staying on the back side of the building,

I parked with the valet because the area was very busy (there is a public lot across the street but I don't know if that would or would not have been cheaper). The lady at the check-in was wonderful and suggested a great pizza place and brewery (kitty corner from the hotel). The bed was comfy as was the cool chaise lounger in the room. It was convenient to have the Starbucks there to set me up for the rest of my roadtrip upon checkout.

This was an amazing place to stay. I wish there was better parking but the walkability was amazing! Surrounded by great restaurants.

Very nice hotel, that is a short walking distance to everything downtown. However, there were no luggage attendants, which was inconvenient, especially when it is raining and you are trying to unload your luggage, which leads to the next inconvenience which is there is no cover at the entrance, so if it’s raining, be prepared to be soaked. The valets did their best trying to help, but there was only a couple of them and they were swamped. No swimming pool for the kids.

Great weekend. I just wish we could have gotten the room cooler.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, but there was no parking near by. We had to park a few blocks away. 24hr parking was $25.00 a night. Other than that it was great!

The check in was so simple, staff so kind, hotel so clean. Absolutely no complaints!
