Awesome stay. Great location, nice apartment. Great city.

A wonderful flat with ideal location in central Montpellier. Pamela was extremely friendly and helpful in clarifying all questions we had. But ... for us the noise from the streets was almost unbearably some nights.

At the risk of creating tighter availability, this is my home-away-from-home when in Montpellier. Kitchen is well-equipped, it's clean, close to everything, and Pamela could not be any more responsive; just a great place all-round. This is my, I think, fourth or fifth stay and it's been tops from Day One.

One is unlikely to find a better equipped VRBO, particularly in the kitchen, and I have stayed in many. Large well-furnished rooms make one feel at home not in rental accommodation. The building itself is an architectural classic. Lovely balcony to have al fresco lunches and dinners while watching the interesting parade of people below. The location couldn't be more central and of special interest to foodies such as me. Les Halles Castelane, a gourmet market with super stalls, are steps away. A small but well stocked supermarket is across the square which also has a number of cafés/restaurants. All the tourist and cultural sites are within a short radius of this property. A delightful stay!

The apartment was perfect for our stay being an easy walk to the station, right in the centre of everything with a balcony from which to watch the world go by whilst breakfasting. It was a bonus to have a lift as have been tackling some impressive stairs on our travels. Pamela was amazingly helpful, very grateful for her thoughtfulness. Couldn’t fault a thing other than a rather creaky bed!

This is a lovely property, with great facilities. The kitchen was very well stocked with all you need for a self catering stay. The flat is in a great location in a fantastic city. Would highly recommend a stay at this property.

This was my third stay at this apartment. It is comfortable, centrally located, clean, and Pamela is tops!

We couldn’t have wished for a more comfortable and convenient base for exploring and enjoying the beautiful city of Montpellier. Overlooking a square where people gather to meet and celebrate, it can be noisy on late summer evenings when the windows need to be open. But, if prepared, this all adds to the unique atmosphere. Kind and generous hosts also make this a great place to stay. If we get the opportunity we will return!

This is my go-to flat in Montpellier. It is centrally located, close to a fantastic Marche, restaurants, historical monuments, park, churches...everything. Kitchen is well-equipped. Wifi actually works (which has been a real challenge in other properties I've stayed at in France). Property manager is wonderful. Love this place! C'est mon appartement préféré à Montpellier. Il est situé au centre, à proximité d'un fantastique Marche, de restaurants, de monuments historiques, d'un parc, d'églises... tout. La cuisine est bien équipée. Le wifi fonctionne réellement (ce qui a été un véritable défi dans d'autres propriétés dans lesquelles j'ai séjourné en France). Le gestionnaire immobilier est merveilleux. J'adore cet endroit!

Great location and good place to stay for easy access to all of the historic center of town. Upstairs bathroom a bit of an inconvenience, and the trade-off for being in the center of town is the noise outside at night, but overall we would recommend the apartment for others.

This apt was even better than the pictures. My husband and I spent the week here while visiting our daughter. The kitchen has everything you need from a simple breakfast to a dinner party for 6! The terrace is amazing and is the perfect place to begin the day with coffee and croissants or end your day with wine and cheese! We will definitely be back!

The apartment was very, very comfortable. Bed firm and clean. Bright. Kitchen very well-equipped. Internet blazing fast. Building secure. A fantastic location with plenty of restaurants but also a marche if you do prefer to cook. And what can I say about Pamela? She is just wonderful. Truly. Nick and Dave were very communicative, as well, and flexible with advance notice. Really, a perfect experience. Can't wait to return in June for my second stay in the flat and to meet up with Pamela again! Thank you so much!

Great flat in the heart of the city centre. Big thanks to Pamela for all the great communications. Comfortable bed which is very important. Very clean and very secure. If the weather is nice enjoy a glass of wine in the balcony and watch the city move about. The sky view is fantastic in the afternoons. Travel tip. We absolutely loved our stay in the appartment. The balcony was perfect for champagne at newyears! Super good communication with host who helped us with much more than the necessary. Thank you! It is a little noicy from the square at night but it did not bother us. All-in-all a great stay!

Bel appartement, spacieux pour un deux pièces, avec beaucoup de cachet. Emplacement idéal, plein centre, à moins de 10 minutes des lieux d'intérêt. Parking souterrain juste à côté, environ 20 euros par jour.

Unbelievably pleasant and spacious apartment right in heart of the city. The terrace is perfect for morning coffees and croissants, lunchtime charcuterie boards (there’s a market 1 minute away) or evening glasses of wine. The kitchen is well equipment and I enjoyed preparing some meals there. For a solo traveler it was absolutely perfect. The size of the place is far bigger than the photos suggest (surprisingly). Pam was extremely helpful getting me checked in and responding to any queries. Very, very good experience overall.

We had a wonderful time in Montpellier, and this apartment met all our needs. It is much roomier than we expected, with very high ceilings that give it an airy feeling. The balcony is wonderful!! The location is great, with a beautiful little square right outside the door to the building (which is actually behind the building, different from the square that the balcony looks out on.) The square behind the building is filled with restaurants of all kinds! How wonderful to step right out the door and be in the middle of so many options for dinner!

Very good location, interesting apartment with a wonderful balcony and great view. A bit loud in the night, but this is to be expected being located at a popular square in the middle of the historic city center. Very helpful, friendly and quickly responding manager. We recommend.

We have just spent 6 weeks in this gorgeous apartment. The location could not have been better , everything is a short walk. If you love a balcony to have a bite to eat , coffee or a glass of wine, with the city happening beneath you; this is the place for you. We found that instead of always eating out, we could just cook and eat on our own deck, and not feel that we are missing the sunset, or the festivities of the city. It can be noisy, you are on an active square, however, we slept fine ( the bed is great)with the windows shut. Being connected to the pulse and life of a vibrant city was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect.!!!

thanks to this beautiful apartment we also enjoyed the wonderful old town area of Montpellier. A bit noisy at night because of the square where young people gather. hope to visit again soon.

Enjoyed our one-month stay immensely. Montpellier is a gem and this flat in a historic building allows for a full experience. Owner and manager are experienced and on their game. Highly recommended.

Friendy and helpfull Pamela, who organised everything concearning the flat. Clean flat with everything you need. Nice balcony to have a glass of wine and watch people on the square. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect possibilities to use the public traffic.

The flat faced a square used for demonstrations, etc. It was very noisy at night, with parties, pop music and some drunken shouting. At 5.30 a.m. the street cleaning trucks started work, and they were very noisy too. We actually considered moving to a hotel in a quieter part of town.

Lovely apartment which easily matched the listing description. We really enjoyed the balcony. We found the apartment very comfortable and it was in very easy walking distance of all that Montpellier has to offer including the train station for trips further afield. We went to Nimes, Sete and Beziers. Excellent food market and Monoprix again within an easy walk and more restaurants and cafes than anyone could try out. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the amount of noise during some nights. We live in a city centre apartment so we are used to a certain amount of noise but this was something else. People gather in the square outside and stay there sometimes until morning and as the bedroom looks out that way there is no getting away from it, ear plugs or not. Unfortunately, this is not anything the apartment owner can do anything about but it a real shame.
