Ruhige Lage, toller Ausblick, schöne Einrichtung, sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück. Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen, er hat uns alles rund um Haus und Grundstück erklärt. Im Kühlschrank waren Wein und ein paar alkoholfreie Getränke. Auch eine Obstschale stand zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Auch schickte uns der Vermieter Tipps für Tagesausflüge, Restaurants usw. per WhatsApp. Wir haben uns hier wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt.

The villa is located on a hill, and has a stunning view over a large part of the isle. When we arrived the owner welcomed us and showed us around. He brought some fresh fruits and wine, which we really appreciated! To have breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or drinks whilst enjoying this perfect view, either in the sun or in shades, is just something never to forget. The villa is luxurous, decorated in style, has comfortable beds and seats/couches, the bathrooms are fine and well equipped. 2 BBQ places, various terraces with beautiful flowers and green grass, 2 bedrooms are on entrance level, 1 is on the lower level, all well equipped with airco and automatic shutters. Wifi is good, pool was very lovely, cleaned nearly every day and we enjoyed swimming a lot. Quiet place, which we liked. Good place to start exploring the isle. The owner was always available for any help requested, for info and advised us some nice things to visit and is making sure everything is taken care of. The 5 of us highly recommend this villa. The villa, the view, the luxury, the host, it was all perfect!

There are some stray cats around outside which we had to shoo away from tables and chairs (for allergy-reasons)

The house was really nice and comfortable. It was spacious and clean and located in a very quite place in the center of the island on a hill and had a wonderful 180 degrees view of the island and provided a quick 15 to 20 min drive to every beach on the island. It also had two fully equipped barbecue areas. The villa offered three bedrooms one of which was on the ground floor with a separate entrance which can be either a plus or a minus depending on the needs of the guests. The pool was also very nice and the hosts took very good care of its cleanliness. The hosts were very nice and hospitable and provided us with wine and fruits as a compliment. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa and would definitely recommend it.

The place did not have a dishwasher and nets against insects on all windows. It also did no have an espresso coffee machine only a coffee maker for Americans coffee. Cats and dogs from the neighbors' houses came into the yard of the villa trying to get some of our food or sleeping on the outside tables.

Beautifully situated villa placed in the middle of the island so access to all the must see spots on the island was never more than 30 minutes drive. Everything inside and outside of the villa is finished to the highest standard. Everything you need for your stay you will find at this villa. The view from the exterior of the villa is out of this world. During the daytime you can see for miles, almost the entire island! Beautiful pool area and bbq area. At nighttime the town lights of Zante create a beautiful sight. Klodian was beyond helpful from a query before booking up until the time we checked out. Anything we needed he provided excellent advice or just sorted out the query for us. Super friendly and helpful guy. This villa is perfect for couples or bigger groups. If you are shortlisting this villa don't. Just book it!

The villa is gorgeous to the last detail! Modern, yet cozy, clean and fully equiped. There is plenty of outdoor space and a fairly-sizes pool, everything very well-maintained and cared for. The view is amazing, both during the day and night. We were welcomed with fresh fruits and wine by our host, Klodian, who was very kind and quick to answer all our questions throughout our entire stay. We rarely say this, but we will definitely be back if we visit Zakynthos again.

Amazing stone built villa with impressive view. Great location at the centre of the island. The owner was very accommodating and helped us during our whole stay. We will definitely pay another visit.
