As repeat customers we find the place to be in a nice neighborhood location easy access to campus. Any concerns we’ve had we have had immediate response from owners. Owners do a wonderful job maintaining their property.

Itrip vacations are always responsive and thoughtful. They have heard our suggestions and have responded with supplying the items requested. The unit is always clean and ready for us upon arrival. We will continue to book this property whenever visiting the area.

This is a very nice three bedroom apartment near Yale's Science Hill. It was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay. You can hear the upstairs neighbors but they were pretty quiet after 11 PM.

Good rental house and would return. I think the only minor things to highlight are (1) no dishwasher and (2) it's directly adjacent to a daycare operation with loud children outside most of the day. Didn't bother us, but something we weren't aware of. Host was responsive and helpful.

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying in this home. It had a great common area space and functional kitchen. We also sat on the back deck for breakfast. All the beds were comfortable. We were able to fit three cars in the driveway. We were walking distance to Yale campus and Ubers were really easy to get for trips downtown. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive to downtown and the Uber was about $8. The owners cannot do anything about this and therefore this is NOT a complaint, but just a heads up - there are upstairs neighbors that you can hear walking around. If you're not used to this, it might be noticable. The owners were very communicative and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Queen of Yale for about three months and it was great! It had everything I needed including parking which was very convenient. The house was nice but the best part was the responsiveness from the host, Tony was incredible! Highly recommend this place to single travelers or families!
