Veronica was very calm and professional checking us in, although there was a long line of guests checking in. She kept a good cheer and got us checked in efficiently.

Couldn't check in cause the system was down. But when we did get a chance to check in The TVs didn't work. So we didn't have tv or internet

The hotel has been remodeled recently and it is very nice. The front desk was staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. They have biscuits and gravy!!

The couch was dirty had stains and seamed like it wasn’t cleaned or dusted off! The restroom from the inside on the top of the door had mold. I definitely didn’t enjoy my stay here!!!

The breakfast was nice and the lady that ran the breakfast took care of every guest there to make sure they had everything they needed. The housekeepers did a great job as well.

The exterior looked new and inviting. Unfortunately, the interior was a disappointment. The furniture was dated and worn. The couch and chair were badly stained and worn. Ceramic floor tile was brken. Otherwise, it was an acceptable overnight stay. The night clerk was friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. I love the roller shade to block the outside lights. Was very weary as I’ve heard bad reviews but our stay was pleasant. Everyone was helpful. Nice hot hot water for the shower. Breakfast was pleasant. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve been able to visit in the last 5 months. Will be coming back for our next Memphis trip.

Reserved room on Hotels.com at 11pm with only 4 open rooms left. Checked in at 1120pm. Luggage cart was accessible at this time and came in handy. Lobby had about 4 to 6 others attempting to book rooms but with no vacancy. Staff was polite and the double bed room was comfortable. The TV service didn’t connect till 5am in my room on the 4th floor. I had imagined others had the same experience due to bad weather, but I could hear my neighbors TVs working. Breakfast was what you expect, juice, waffles, eggs, sausage. The Coffee Machine however was nice, with flavors, and espresso.

There were no linens for the pullout sofa in the closet, so we had to ask for them. After a long travel day, this is just one more completely avoidable hassle. The breakfast was just OK. The scrambled eggs tasted like straight sulfur and were inedible. The sausage links were more fat-mush than meat. Hard boiled eggs were so old that they were actually discolored. Waffles were good.

Very clean and comfortable. We have stayed several times now and have always had a good experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good with a very clean dining area.

Overall stay wasn’t bad. Room had slight areas where it could’ve been cleaner, and receptionist at check it seemed inattentive, and didn’t feel personable.

Check in was very frustrating, the employee was swamped and less than courteous to say the least. The room is well worn, couches were dirty. Shower had very low pressure and the plumbing fixtures were worn as well. Pool area was filthy, towels lying around. Limited supply of towels for guests.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made our stay as pleasant as possible. We were staying there due to a funeral. We also enjoyed the fresh cookies and the lemon water.

This hotels looks like almost brand new! I don't know when it was built, however it's very well kept! It's very clean, have grest breakfast items anz the check in staff was friendly.
