Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location for wandering around Luton. The food in the restaurant was really tasty with very fast service. Good selections of tea and coffee but couldn't work out how to use the coffee machine.

The mirror light in the bathroom wasn't very easy to work out. I think it was powered by an underfloor switch which wasn't working very effectively. i.e. it turned on and off a randomly.

The staff all looked very smart and couldn't be more helpful. They were very friendly and enthusiastic. Everywhere was clean, tidy and the interior decor was classy and high-end. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable with all the necessities. Breakfast was also lovely

It was the first time I booked a room here and it was accidental. I was a little bit anxious but turned out to be a nice, cosy, and welcoming place. The booking and checking in process was easy and quick, the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room, a bit smaller than I expected but absolutely functional and very clean.

Honestly, I was not very impressed with the location (Luton) but the hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the train station and that is extremely practical. I may not be very interested in the specific area, but if I will have the chance of finding other Sadie hotels, I would definitely book and/recommend it. 👍🏽

The gym was a 3rd party gym 5 minutes walk away, the bed wasn’t comfortable and quite a lot of road noise.

Excellent full English!! Close too shops and train station.

When I first arrived I could not enter because the doorbell didn't work. I was let in by another passerby inside. My room was smaller than expected and the heating was turned off, in December?? A woman called at my room and asked if I had a woman in there, turns out she was asking for the chambermaid..

Unfriendly staff. Said you couldn't pre book parking, then asked if I'd pre booked? No parking available! Tried to ask about this but was shut down by rude lad on reception. Woke up with lots of bites from insects in bed. Paper thin walls. Kept away by two men in next door room talking until 1am then up again when they were up yelling at each other at 5.30am. It was a Tuesday night, at the weekend I'd expect more noise but this was ridiculous. I was travelling alone, so I didn't feel inclined to complain ag the time for fear of retribution. City Centre Hotel, so expect some noise, but this was ridiculous. Rubbish soundproofing if there even was some. Could hear cars most of the night. Breakfast was overpriced and not great. Disappointing to say the least. The room was oddly shaped, the bed was rock hard, and it had a funny musty smell. Duvet cover had a big hole in it, and the cheep duvet inside was poking out. The bathroom was small, and stirring on the toilet was cramped and tight. I'm not the smallest bloke, but it was very cramped. Will not be visiting again.

Very warm welcome from the staff on check in and check out. Quick and smooth check in and out. Great toiletries selection and very eco friendly aligned (sensor light in the bathroom, compostable coffee pods, eco friendly sourced tea bags). Very comfy bed and good pillow selection . Clean crisp fresh sheets

Very convenient location, smart room facilities decorated well. The staff were always polite and helpful. The breakfast restaurant is good value for money. Would go again.

did you not tell me I required to pay £100 as a deposit kept me waiting long time in reception arguing then chilled me a very small print which nobody is going to read when time of booking

My room was lovely with a comfy chair/desk. The bathroom mirror was amazing, too. The staff were great, particularly Mubashira who was really helpful, and made my stay extra special. Thank you.

I really struggled to find the carpark initially, so some prior advice on this would have been good. A safe and enclosed carpark once I found it, though.
