Overall an excellent stay at the villa and George the owner was so helpful with anything we needed, even popping by with toys for our son and little local bakery treats for us, and also giving great local recommendations for places to go, even helping with bookings. The villa and pool were spotlessly clean, it's almost brand new so everything inside was great condition. The TV also had loads of free movies to watch which was handy for rainy days or evenings. Great WiFi speed and excellent aircon. The villa is very spacious and good size bedrooms and beds. A stairgate was provided which was useful for our toddler as the villa does have full tiled flooring and stairs. The balconies were great for morning sun. There is also a little AstroTurf garden with a play house and slide, again fab for our son, he loved it, one of the reasons we chose this villa over others. Also the pool has in built steps, which is also great for kids, unlike others with metal steps in. Location to town was really good, 10 min walk to the main strip, and good for easy drive to water park, Ayia Napa and other beaches. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa if you want to stay in Protaras.

Very hard to find any faults to be honest. With the actual villa, maybe the beds could have had softer mattresses but a bit of personal preference. The villa is part of a small complex of 6 of which some are still being built, so the road into the villas isn't completed yet and some minor building work going on in the day, but this didn't disturb us at all. This is quite common with lots of villa complexes we saw in the area but once they're all done, it will be even more amazing!

An excellent place for holidays in Protaras. The accommodation was really clean with a lovely pool, brand new and very close to everything. Hope to return soon.
