it was just wonderful. perfekt for a familytrip. spacious and cosy. paid 20€ for early check in at 12.00.

Good location and a really nice and big apartment.

There were no locker to the bathroom which was a problem with 8 people.

Our stay in the apartment was a tragic experience. First of all, the key was not in the safe and we had to wait with two small children for over an hour for someone to come and give us the key. Next, the heating did not work at all and only after many phone calls did they send a technician to fix it (initially it was proposed to cancel the booking and leave the appartment-at 18:00 with 2 small kids). The process took until about 8:00 pm, which means we lost the whole day! The next day and while we were out walking we came back at 2:00 pm and found a technician in the apartment without anyone having notified us. Tragic!!!

It is a cosy, well meantaned, good equipped nice apartment.

The only thing that wasn't ok is that it was really cold, we were with two small children, and we couldn't turn on any heat...

Plenty of room for family of 5. Clean.

Communication. we booked late and had some trouble getting a confirmation with check in instructions. we also had trouble locating the apartment once we had the keys. Public parking was hard to find.

The property was really clean and spacious. All the facilities were great.

It just took us a while to figure out it was on the top floor as it wasn’t so clear from the instructions.
