The room was comfortable, with private bathroom, a wardrobe, a desk, and a fridge (important in the hot weather). The place is really close to Birmingham University Campus. Wifi signal was strong. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. There was a kitchen downstairs, and some space to use in the backyard.

Location- near to the university, relatively quiet area.

Very small room, student digs? Bed lumpy, bedding clean but felt old, not enough pillows …

The studio was excellent, and included towels, tea, coffee etc. Very handy location for the University and the QE hospital. I'll definitely be staying here again!

key safe was unreliable - several attempts to get it to open. Only one mug for a twin room. Email said to inform you when the key has been replaced on leaving but no details of how to inform you

Neighbours were loud

the guest upstairs so noisy , every night for 3 consecutive nights , between 12 to 1 , got no proper sleep

Close to the station, really clean, good info from the landlords with clear access instructions. Really good facilities in the studio itself, lots of nice touches including toiletries and hairdryer. Would definitely stay again for the odd night.

Windows had been left open and heating didn't work very well so it was a bit cold in the evening. Some noise intrusion from other flats but only in the early evening.

Great location for a studio room if wanting to stay near University of Birmingham. All you could need in one room.
