The old world charm of the exterior with all 21st century conveniences. Family run, absolutely charming hosts and a lovely family. Felt very secure and had access to facilities that were not mentioned in the description.

I wish we could have stayed longer to find some small constructive criticism, but no. Perfection.

We liked everything :-) The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was perfect served in the common living room. We had direct access to the garden which was very nice.

Beautiful location on outskirts of residential area of Amboise 15-20 minute walk into Amboise. Lovely garden and surrounding fields .Quiet , peaceful with courtyard to sit in. Beautifully decorated bedrooms with large comfy beds , spacious en suites . Wonderful breakfast room/ relaxation area with snooker table and books. KItchen area with use of sink , kettle, microwave. Lovely hosts, happy to provide advice and information about activities and facilities locally. Wonderful breakfasts

This was a lovely bed and breakfast. The room was clean and thoughtfully laid out. The bathroom was nicely equipped and had a lot of room. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs cooked to order, homemade yogurt and preserves. The hosts had wine from local wineries available for purchase. The kitchen was available to the guests to cook a meal. We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Amboise. We hope to travel back soon.

The only challenge is that the location was a little hard to fine when we first arrived. Remember to go to the intercom at the gate to announce your arrival. I don't think a very late arrival would be easy.

The house is gorgeous and the hosts are super welcoming and adorable. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated. The outdoor space as well as the shared living room and kitchen are exactly what we needed. The hosts also had wine in the fridge which we could purchase for our apéro which we had in the garden. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Amboise!

Quintesstial French, complete with flower and herb gardens. Property well- maintained inside and out. Privacy and safety a huge plus. Access to the communal kitchen after a long day of sightseeing was appreciated; a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine and unwind.

Our hosts were so kind and thoughtful. The cosy property was renovated to a high degree with a super comfortable bed and soft, fluffy towels in the lovely modern bathroom, Amboise was just a short drive away, and had convenient access to the roads leading to most of the chateaux. Our tasty breakfasts Included eggs, homemade jams and yoghurt. Our stay felt very special.

A lovely cottage outside of Amboise. Completely refurbished with a very good taste. The breakfast with home made jams was excellent. The host family was very nice. Would return anytime - it's a pity we only stayed one night.

Good eye for design, shared kitchen / billiard room and Ombeline’s amazing home cooked breakfasts.

Everything was perfect! The location, decor and host where all wonderful and attentive. Morning breakfast was delicious and made by the home owner! Accommodations is perfect for a solo or couple travelers.

Everything, the room was very tasteful and relaxing, as the owner said they wanted it to be Zen which it certainly is. Would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room , only a small thing. The bathroom was also very tasteful. Breakfast choice was excellent . The owners were very welcoming and attentive.

The house was beautiful and the decor was very stylish and well thought out. The area was beautiful also. The couple who own the property were welcoming, warm and made us feel at home. The breakfast was the best we’ve had during our road trip around France.
