Fantastic property great price good location

Maybe missing a tv some appliances may need updating but the price was fantastic

The apartment is in a nice location. It's close to the city center. There are essential cooking utensils in the open kitchen for making a simple meal. It's a good sized apartment for two people to stay over a long weekend to explore the city. The owner is very helpful and responsive. I needed assistance with the wifi and the owner helped me out right away. Although the internet connecton didn't work for me, I appreciate the help.

It was nice. Looked like the pics, added bonus of outside area. Great for the price and host was responsive and nice to deal with.

The wifi is slow, but it is free. Our 4g worked at the flat so wasn’t too bad but obviously used data.

Nothing at all. The bedroom was the only place acceptable.

The location of the apartment is in a dark street, the stairs where too high and unsafe. The apartment itself is not inviting to stay. The internet was not reliable. There’s mold in the bathroom. The hot water does not work. It took us half an hour to find out where to turn on the light and to turn on the water heater.

It was 2 minutes away from where we were going out that evening, nice Central location. Easy to find and exactly what we needed for the night

Ease of booking. Parking very close to the front. Many things even down to shugar were supplied.

A lite would be good on the steps so a litle safer with luggage. And perhaps a pull out couch so an oder son or daughter could have come as a break.

Was surprised with the size of the apartment, very roomy. Very good for price, was clean and had extras like tea, coffee, sugar. Lovely space and good location for university. Access to outside space which was nice, and check in was easy and efficient.

Can hear upstairs neighbours very clearly, but didn't really bother me during my stay. Some things were used and dated, and could do with a TV.

Fab location, close to town, the beach and any and all amenities- we walked everywhere on our stay. Quiet road, no noise at all heard!

Some aspects of the property could do with some touch ups, and the stairs down have lights only on the bottom half which was a little scary in the wet weather as they are uneven.

Price Was what was expected for the money Comfy bed and clean what more do you want for just over £20 a person per night

The hosts are wonderful, can't fault them or the flat for what you pay. The only problem is the noise from the upstairs flat. Its like a herd of elephants above you, so left early to go home to sleep. I would love to stay again but you need to sort out the sound proofing.

There was no lights working apart from the bedroom! there was cracks in the roof, the apartment wasn't clean at all! all together was not happy with the stay! tried getting in touch with the owner and they ignored all calls and emails

Lovely hosts. Really helpful and kind. They know their business well and do it well.

Large appointment in central Swansea for a great price 🙂

A small TV could be a good improvement to make it feel more homely ☺️

I liked the simplicity of everything required, was catered for. It was well thought out for visitors new and familiar to Swansea. I liked the location central but not by the busy high streets or venues, a short walking distance. I liked the unexpected personal touches such as not needing to pop out to get milk for hot drinks or morning cereal. I liked staying and finding the best value apartment in Swansea.

Not finding the moment to taste the Welsh Cakes that were found on the counter on arrival.
