I have now stayed here a couple of times, the place is very well looked after, and has everything you need, it feels like Home away from home, the facilities are brilliant and theres a lovely garden to relax, the Host Azad always goes the extra mile to ensure you have a comfy stay, lovely property for a great price, i cant recommend it enough, i will be staying again, thank you

Everything went extremely well. It was easy to find with parking on-site, friendly staff, clean cosy room, 60 inch TV with Netfix, WiFi, excellent customer service. Everything we needed was available and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

It was homely and comfortable. It has a garden where I could do my yoga on the sunshine. The host was so caring and kind. An exceptional person and a joy to meet.

The Annexe was private & the bedroom was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay with friends. The location was very close to our event.

It was perfect for a great nights stay. I wish I didn’t have work the next day as it would have been a great long sleeping session. Self check in and not to mention that I managed to meet the host and he is a very kind hearted person who was gave amazing hospitality. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. The room had one of the biggest TVs although I was in the family deluxe. Very comfy mattress and it has a kettle, a microwave aswell as a fridge. Everything you need. The shared bathroom was always maintained and cleaned at all times. I couldn’t believe the price shortly after I had arrived.
I can’t say I didn’t like anything about the property!

We had a lovely stay at this place.
Staff was very helpful and friendly, made us both feel very welcome and at home. We very much appreciated the early check in. Great value for money, very clean and tidy.
Great location for Heathrow Airport, transport was a few minutes walk away. Big market in walking distance.

The accommodation was in excellent condition. Very clean and neatly arranged. The service was exceptional. We were received by Azad, his responses were swift, welcomed us warmly, and made sure we were comfortable.

Azad made me very welcome after a long day and a delayed flight. He even made me coffee & toast when I finally arrived after midnight.

The main asset is Asad, the soul of the accomodation. He cares for every wish a guest might have. Fresh tea made to your desire, help with travel arrangements (like how does the London bus work). His recommended dinner was a treat - typical indo-pakistani menues. If there is anything that the guest might want differently, Asad makes it possible. I was very happy during my stay!

Host was very helpful & accommodating, went over and above, made us tea on arrival, upgraded our room, took our bags to our room, supplied us with a fan as it was a very warm night. Room had a double bed, shower, toilet, sink, desk, chair, wardrobe, kettle with tea & coffee supplies, tv with netflix. We only stayed one night after Harry Styles concert. everything we needed for the night including a parking space on the drive.

Staff Azad was very polite, helpful, friendly and his communication was great.
The bathroom upstairs needs renovating old tub and shower was out of order giving a mouldy smell.
Bed not comfy bed linen very average.
Furniture is outdated
Property exteriors are better than interiors.
