The appartment was just so luxurious and comfortable it made our holiday even more enjoyable.

This was the perfect place for me and my husband. They offer cleaning service everyday. The staff is extremely welcoming. Everything is brand new and very cozy.

I loved everything about our stay.

Wonderful apartment, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Great location with easy walk to all local amenities.

Only downside is we had the ground floor and so we had to keep the curtains closed so people walking in the street couldn't see in. However, I think this is only a small point as it's a very quiet area.

The host was excellent, very friendly and easy to contact. The cleaner was exceptional she went above and beyond the whole complex was immaculate and she was very friendly and chatty every time I saw her. The room was finished to a very high modern standard with everything you need.

The sockets could do with some usb ports for ease of charging phones etc on arrival.

So much! The property is a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful Agia Effimia. There are so many lovely tavernas, patisseries and shops in this pretty and quiet harbour. Parking is super easy as it’s all free and next to the property. The property is modern and has all the kitchen utensils you need, lovely comfy bed too and great shower. Wifi is also really good. Little touches like shampoos and water in the fridge on arrival were very helpful and kind. The studios are wonderful!

Excellent location, very clean and equipped, friendly staff. Spacious and convenient with a balcony to dry clothes. There were a few steps up but wasn’t too hard with luggage. Easy check in and check out.

Super clean, comfortable and well equipped appartment. Located just a street back from the sea and main square of Agia Efimia. There are 6 studios, 3 ground floor and 3 first floor. Beautiful views of the mountains. Comfortable beds, extra pillows, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, toasted sandwich maker, hob and all utensils you could need. Good shower, powerful, hot, clean and drains well. Towels and toilet paper provided daily, bins emptied, floors cleaned and beds made up also daily. Maria was available by WhatsApp and also in person a few hours each day. She is a lovely lady and happy to make recommendations about the local area as required. There was always a place to park the car on the road outside. Balcony of Studio 6 faces a children's play area - see photo. Supermarket next door and more shops very close by. Agia Efimia is a great central location for exploring the island. We visited Sami, Myrtos, Poros, Assos, Ithaca, Old Vlachata, Agostoli, Svoronata and Lixori by car during our 1 week stay in May. Would definitely recommend Nicole Studios and would stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like. If I absolutely had to choose 1 thing to improve, it would be to have a full length mirror, but this wasnt a big deal.

New building with about half a dozen apartments on two floors, about 100 meters from the seafront in Agia Efimia. Clean and modern room, comfortable mattress, fast and stable Wifi. Good soundproofing (which is sometimes hard to find in Greece), small kitchenette with everything you need to prepare simple breakfast and dinner. Friendly host, quick responses to all questions.

No complaints, just a few minor things: - There is no dedicated parking, only curbside parking around the building. - The balcony faces a street and a (at times) noisy playground. - Only light curtains that don't block the outside light in the morning.

Our room on the ground floor was exactly as in the photos. Brand new, clean, exceeded our expectations.

The apartment was all new, clean,well equiped and nicely designed. Maria and also the lady which cleaned the apartments were super nice and helpful. The location is really good to explore the island.We had a great time here. Thank you! :)

The room was in superb condition, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and toilet were also in great condition. The host was very nice, she even arranged to send us a shirt that we have forgotten in the room. The studio is located in a nice area and surrounded by local restaurants and also a nice beach. Amazing stay.

We got exceptional value for the money! Probably one of the best places to stay at in order to explore Agia Effimia. The store across the street and the local bakery within walking distance were great!

The sounds of the street during the day are unavoidable unfortunately, but it's quiet at night and we got good sleep, so not really an issue.

- everything was so perfect. But there was only one thing, if you like to sleep with your window open, might be a little noisy at the night. Actually it’s not a big problem, you can always close the window.

Excellent studio apartment in the centre of Agia Effimia. Really tastefully decorated, very modern and with all the little bits you might need during a stay here. Maria was an amazing host who gave us a lots of information before and during our stay. And Agia Effimia is a great base if you want to explore the northern parts of the island. Would definitely stay here again, thank you Maria.

Maria was very friendly & helped us a lot in whatever we needed. Perfect location, center is 1-2min by walk, supermarket near & no problem for parking. Best parts of islands are reached easy by this location. Also, room was clean & provided everything you need.
