We met Francesco at 1:30. There were three girls in the jacuzzi. I asked about it since we rented the whole villa for privacy and quiet and was told the owner's daughters wanted to use it but they were leaving, very unprofessional. We rented the whole villa although there are two living areas, we only used the one upstairs. We were given a tour as the girls continued to use the jacuzzi, it was until the tour was done that they finally left. The gardener was supposed to come during the week to care for the garden. Once during our four day stay would have been acceptable as the garden needs maintenance but they came for 4 hours on two different days, no privacy. The owner also came to garden the other days for at least three hours each day. On our first night I suffered a second degree burn after using a kettle to make tea. The next day all I wanted to do was rest. That night the owner, his family and friends, without our knowledge, arrived to the apartment downstairs, they set up chairs and tables. I contacted the host Francesco, he claimed they were doing it for us, untrue. I expressed how upsetting in was but the party continued regardless. Later we learned that the owner wanted to celebrated Saint Cristina day as the villa holds the same name. It was uncomfortable and we were stuck indoors instead of being able to enjoy the views or star gaze. I couldn't even rest! They arrived around 6 until midnight! Twice our electricity went out while the party was going on, they claimed it was the town but we did not see any other area without electricity. We thought it was probably the use of both apartments and all the kitchen equipment they were using downstairs. There was absolutely zero privacy any day, specially that night. The kitchen was poorly equipped and one of the bathrooms lacked a shower curtain to use the shower.

The hand over of the keys was totally relaxed and easy as well as the owner Vincenzo, who took part. The villa is not cheap, but the view to the coast from the large windows and the patio had been wonderful. The owner regaled us with a large bowl of delicious fruits, beverages and goddies several times during our stay, which was very friendly. The assistance to solve problems was available at any times and hepled us immediately.

Great location as a starting point for tours in the area, fantastic views from the Villa and great gardens, a lot of space for a family of five, quiet. Vincenzo (the owner) and his assistance (Francesco) are VERY nice, respond quickly for requests, and approximately every second day a surprise was waiting for us - fresh bakery for the whole family.

The WiFi signal is not stable and the stream of water in the baths is not strong, in particular when the two baths are used simultaneously (but these might be typical of the whole region).
