We LOVED our stay at this beach house! We had a large group of friends, all with kids under 4. The beach front was amazing and the house was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Communication was quick and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year!

Stunning views and beach access. House was very beautifully decorated and well equipped. Kitchen could benefit with more cubbies/ shelves for pantry items. Beds were all very comfortable. Wonderful supply of beach chairs. We will definitely stay again!

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle, and we really enjoyed our stay. We needed to contact the homeowners a few times over minor things, and they were very responsive. The house was clean, and the layout worked perfectly for our group of 16 adults. We're looking forward to coming back!

This house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, and located on our absolute favorite part of the island--there is nothing better than coming across the bridge and immediately getting out of check-in traffic by turning onto Coast Guard Road to reach your house! Plus, it's a quick drive to everything from this spot, both on the island and on the main land. We have been coming to Emerald Isle for over 20 years, staying up and down the beach, and this is really the best location. This house is also one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. Be aware--it is 3 stories with no elevator, so there is a lot of climbing, but no one in our party has any mobility issues, so it was no problem for us. Our group also loves to do a lot of cooking, and this kitchen had everything we needed for that, but there is no pantry for storage so you may need to be thoughtful about how much "stocking up" you do if you plan to cook. Fortunately, there is a ton of counter space, and we have a mega-organizer in our group, so it worked out fine for us to keep our cooking supplies/snacks organized on the counter tops. Also, the ground floor has an extra fridge, so that came in handy. Communication was very quick and friendly!

The property was a perfect fit for my group. We had 8 adults and 9 kids most under the age of 7. The great room was spectacular and accommodate all of us for dinner time and socializing. Great location, probably 100 feet from the ocean, an easy walk for everyone. The Publix and Food Lion were five minutes away. The bedding was better than most and the kitchen was nicely outfitted. Plenty of parking for easy access to and from the property. The hosts could not have been more helpful. Best vacation we have had since before COVID.

We had a very nice stay at the Blue Marlin. The beach is beautiful and the house is right on the beach. The house was clean when we arrived. The layout is nicely planned and each room has a large tv. The decks are very nice but we had several splinters! The master bathroom and bedroom had a slight foul odor the entire week but otherwise were beautiful. The kitchen is odd in that there is no space for food storage but we moved stuff around to make space for the food. There are 2 refrigerators and a beverage fridge between the top and low level kitchens. Overall, it is a wonderful clean house on a beautiful beach!

We had the best long weekend at the Blue Marlin with our group of friends and their families! The location is amazing with direct beach access and really close to the grocery stores! The house is in great condition, has tons of great outdoor space, beautiful living spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen. The kids (all under 7) had a blast as did the adults. And Amy the host is so responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back!

This house is beautiful! Fully updated with beautiful views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The great room was plenty large enough for our group of friends to hang out. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook for a large group of people. Plenty of parking for 7 cars. Location was perfect - a few steps walk from the back deck to the sandy beach; less than a 10 min drive to the grocery store. The hosts were extremely accommodating and communicative. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent family week together.. perfect space for our large family. Quiet, clean, friendly neighborhood... Fantastic beach access... Comfortable beds... The house had everything we needed. Cousins had a blast, their parents enjoyed time together...and Grammy and Grandpa loved watching every minute of the fun. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again. This home never disappoints as a location to work and enjoy family. Strong Wi-Fi and many charging sockets around the house. The brightness of the home is the best.

All friends and family that have traveled all over the country really enjoyed the stay, and the views were priceless. All amenities were meet they even had baby gates and a high chair. We just got back from our amazing stay and the house is beautiful! It worked perfectly for my sister’s Emerald Isle Wedding. There were 4 couples and we all had great bedrooms. We had so much space that we never felt crowded and views on the top floor were just as pictured in the listing. It was a great meeting place for hair and makeup for the bridesmaids and for the trolley to pick up the bridal party before the wedding. The house is fully stocked both inside and out. It’s also a perfect location with restaurants and shops near by. We definitely look forward to booking The Blue Marlin in the future! I really can’t say enough good things about this house (and it’s right on the beach).

This house is in a wonderful location and is beautifully decorated! We had an excellent vacation. Our only minor critique would be that it wasn’t particularly clean (specifically the floors hadn’t been mopped recently). Overall we would highly recommend this property!

The quirky front belies what the rest of the house holds! Clean open spaces, plenty of beautiful beach-accessible and private rooms, large and well-stocked kitchen, living and dining room comfortable seating for a crowd, large decks with beautiful view seating, oversized windows with spectacular views, and the easiest accessibility to the beach, with an outdoor shower to remove the sand. It is perfect and we hope to return soon!

Perfect amount of space for a large group of family (13). House has been recently renovated and came equipped with everything one would need (including beach equipment, etc.) Having parking for 4+ vehicles and a boat on a trailer was also a big plus

Our family ranged in age from 1 to 67 including all age groups, toddler, pre-teen, teen, and adults. The house was large enough for all to comfortably eat, sleep & socialize. The ocean view on the top floor never gets old.
The location was excellent. Easy to access, & direct path to a wonderful beach.
Also, I was very satisfied with the prompt responses to questions during the week. I got a response within an hour for every inquiry. Great job.

It was the perfect house to experience forced family fun, with 3 rainy days! We enjoyed every minute, cooking, playing games, reading, hangin with a newborn, and surfing when it wasn’t down pouring.

This has been one of the best stay at the beach for our monthly business retreat. Since covid, we have made it a point to work one week at the beach each month. It was exactly as described in the listing. The location was great. Plenty of space and outlets for computers, printers. Loved the oceanfront view with 4 bedrooms. That was the best. No coins flipped to see who would get them. Spacious, clean, bright. The kitchen layout was the best. We will definitely be back, for our beach work week in the coming months. The home was right on the water and immaculately appointed. It appears the home has been recently updated. The beds were incredibly comfortable and I could live in the super comfy swivel chair in the living room. The home is just steps to the beach. Plenty of space for parking. I would LOVE to return again soon. Can’t say enough good things about this rental! Highly recommend!

You know how you look at the pictures and then you actually go to a place and it's a little disappointing.?This property is just the opposite! The pictures though great, don't do it justice! It is such a beautiful home! The decor is gorgeous, the size of the rooms are generous, and the view can't be beat! Communication was kind and fast! Lovely people, lovely place!!

We go to the beach as a family often and this is one of the best houses we’ve ever had. Wonderfully decorated, comfortable, with incredible views! My older parents joined and since they aren’t as mobile, they took the main floor Master Suite. No elevator so they stayed on top floor most of the trip. Lots of up and down the stairs for the rest of us which was fine for our group. My college aged kids and friends, girlfriends loved the downstairs game and TV areas that are somewhat separate. And we got lucky on weather with high 60s over New Years weekend! We will be back!
