Great location within walking distance to Lake Norman boardwalk as well north harbor club restaurant and marina. Pickleball courts and tennis courts recently renovated. Easy access to interstate 77!

Lovely condo with a lake view. Very tastefully decorated and everything you need to feel at home. Very comfortable beds and sofa with a fireplace. Kim was easy to communicate with and super pleasant and kind. We will return🤗

Beautifully decorated condo with lots of warmth and little touches (like chocolate truffles, robes, etc.) Felt more like a luxury hotel than a rental. Great location close to Davidson. We loved walking the boardwalk and visiting North Harbor restaurant and the The Cabin across the cove. The farmers market and all the cute shops/restaurants of downtown Davidson were just minutes away. Kim (the owner) was very easy to communicate with and helpful. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great stay

We found this place to be very comfortable and in a great location with many amenities in the general area. The home is nicely maintained with cute comfortable decor! Owners were polite and helpful .. a great experience!

Beautiful condo with little extra amenities that made my stay feel like I was at home. The bed was super comfy and the shower was a dream. I loved being steps from the pool and a very short walk to a restaurant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet; however, my stay was at the beginning of the off season. I can’t imagine it being that much different during the summer months though. You can hear the highway traffic from the pool, but nothing a little music or earbuds couldn’t drown out. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe staying here. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

This property is within walking distance of great shopping and restaurants. You have access to walking trails, pickle ball, boating, and more. The linens and towels are so much better than a hotel. The owner provides items beyond my expectations (K cups, creamer, a wide variety of teas, beach towels, etc). Communication with the owner was clear and direct. I would definitely recommend this property.

There are too many wonderful things to list about this property! It is exactly as described - expertly decorated, incredible location close to Davidson, Lake Norman, and Mooresville, fully equipped, luxurious - it feels like home in every sense of the word. Kim, the owner, was fantastic to work with and made it so easy from booking through check-out. The unit is perfect for a lake getaway, visiting Davidson College, girls weekend, romantic long weekend, the list goes on. Many fantastic restaurants close to the unit, with North Harbour and a wine bar within walking distance to the condo. A gem of a find. We can't wait to visit again!

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway visit to Lake Norman at this wonderful condo. We had a relaxing time, and enjoyed the local restaurants in walking distance and pool. The host was especially helpful. We hope to visit the lake again, and would highly recommend this condo.

This couldn’t have been better! The perfect spot in Davidson! Right near the water with a view, beautiful harbor with restaurant & wine bar. Gorgeous condo, very clean & everything feels fresh light & airy! Loved the color scheme & decor! Close to downtown with great restaurants! Host is very sweet & has great communication! This will be our place we stay when we come! Why would we pick anything else! It’s perfect!!

The house was clean well decorated and comfortable. We were on the go every day and the location close to the freeway was perfect.
This trip was about NASCAR and the house is located close to a lot of the race shop’s and tracks. After being on the go all day the house was a great place to relax and unwind, it is equipped with everything you need.

Beautiful home! The property is exactly as pictured -- a well decorated and newly renovated home with a covered patio overlooking a boat harbor and restaurant. The owner has thought to include every amenity: a well-supplied kitchen, luxury bath and bedding, a comfortable living room with large television, umbrellas, picnic cooler and towels....really everything you could need. It was so nice to have a little extra space than a hotel room to visit our daughter at Davidson College. Remote check in and out was seamless. The owner is very responsive to any questions -- Hurricane Ian arrived during our 5-night stay and the home had absolutely no issues with driving winds and rain. The only thing to be aware of is that there are several steps up and down a half flight from the parking lot to the home for anyone with mobility limits or heavy luggage. Easy for us. We absolutely plan to return!

The condo is immaculate. All the appliances, utensils, bedding and furnishings are brand new. We enjoyed the extra kitchen and bathroom supplies. The place is well equipped. A lot of thought went into hosting this place.
The bed was comfy and the inside space is quiet. It was nice to have the pool right outside the back door.
We felt so "at home" here. The host was very responsive to our texts.
It is a short drive to Ramsey Creek Park, Birkdale Village and other Lake Norman attractions

This is a Beautiful Lake Norman Rental. The Pool is very close by as well as a Restaurant that’s just a short walk away. This Rental has everything you need, just pack your clothes and your all set. It’s Beautifully decorated and very Clean. The Owner’s are so nice and easy to contact. I highly recommend this Rental!
