Stay was good and property clean. Be aware of train tracks behind property and where your room is. We were in room 439 and that train runs 2-3 times over night. You do get complimentary ear plugs.

Was over all a great stay. They need more handicap parking my husband is disabled and had to walk clear across the parking lot it is not always easy for him.
And the hold thats placed on cards, mine still hasnt been released and i get attitude when calling about it. I love the hotel so may not stay at that particular one again but will stay with the otjer across town.

This was our first stay at a Staybridge Suites hotel and we were very impressed. I eat a plant based diet and it was so nice to have a full kitchen with two of everything - plates, bowls, utensils and even things like can openers and peelers, skillets, pots and pans. You could make a full meal easily. There is a train that was less than a hundred feet away and very active, and I am a very sensitive sleeper and I slept right through it - this building was built very well with thick glass windows. There was a comfortable couch and the bathroom was very clean. We would definitely stay at a Staybridge Suites again.

I called the day before leaving they asked about the room . then when I got there, they switch me to a smaller room didn’t let me know when I checked in. Told me it nothing they can do because the hotel was over booked.

Really clean and spacious room. Perfect for our family vacation. We loved that the bedroom was completely separate from the rest of the suite so that we could have the door closed when my toddler went to sleep before us. Pool was perfect. Breakfast delicious. We are forced to go to the center of hell, Lexington, KY, once a year. This has so far been a miserable, torturous experience until now. This hotel is our oasis in the desert. We plan on staying there every year until our sentence is complete in 7 years and the last minion is finally out of the house. This place rocks.

I think this was the nicest room we have ever had, outside of some swanky resort. The room was large, with a well stocked kitchen, quiet, comfortable beds, great walkin shower and a nice view. We could not have been more happier.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The free laundry was a nice perk, and there were several machines available, and they were all clean.
The location itself is not spectacular, but it is across the street from a local brew pub and shops. And it’s about a quarter mile from a big park requiring pedestrians only to cross one busy intersection.
The fitness room was also cleaner than most hotels in this category, and all the equipment worked.
They have a beautiful lobby and a nice patio area out back.

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service and cleanliness exceeded our expectations. The staff at check-in were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was remarkable. Parking was the only minor hiccup, but it was easily overshadowed by the overall outstanding experience. My wife and I had an unforgettable stay, and without a doubt, this will be our go-to hotel whenever we visit Lexington. Highly recommended!

The hotel was modern and very nicely furnished. Breakfast was adequate. My complaint is we asked for light housekeeping - simple emty garbages and clean towels as we were traveling with a toddler and had diapers to dispose of. Thecfront desk clerk made a note of our requests ut when we hot back to our room later that evening, nothing had been done snd we were too tired to wait for towels to shower. Needless to say stinky diapers, full garbages (which were tiny little bins) and no towels put a buf damper on our teo night stay.
