Home was comfortable. Stayed three nights. I would HIGHLY suggest arriving at the location FROM I-8 heading north/northeast on Lake Murray Blvd. Once you pass the Starbucks (on the left - Kiowa Dr.) and then Maryland Ave, be prepared for a LEFT TURN at the next street which will allow you a direct entry into the very narrow driveway.

This place is great and very comfortable. It is located in a great place near the highway. It is near everything. It seems like is within 15 minutes of every attraction in San Diego The property manager is awesome is always making sure your are comfortable. I will stay here again on my next visit. I recommend it to anyone visiting S. California

The driveway is not good at all. Low cars hit the bottom every time. You can only get into it one way and it’s dangerous. The house was clean, but the floors on one side were very old, cracked around the toilet and shiny. So in the bathroom we made sure to put towels down when getting out of the shower. We went to sit out in the patio, it was dirty dusty and looked like it hadn’t been swept for some time . There was no kitchen towel and we couldn’t find one? The noise level is bad if you had to open the windows in the street side. If it wasn’t mentioned everything else was good.

Clean and comfortable with a great host. An older home but with nice upgrades and newer furnishings and linens; we loved having a second bathroom with a larger family. Really close to some excellent parks, a gas station, and groceries. We really enjoyed Smokey and the Brisket BBQ practically right across the street (quite a few other food options nearby).

This is not a property for you if you are picky or squeamish. I was very perplexed about these other five star reviews upon arrival. The beds were good and sheets and towels were clean and there are, indeed, huge TV's, but everything else was sub-optimal. (Wait,the patio furniture was also nice.) The house was not very clean and had many funky features that were concerning rather than kitchy. No one mentions the crazy, difficult turn into the property (not a deal breaker, but would sure be nice to know!) or the fact that the property is on a very busy street right up against the traffic noise. Four different women thought it would be a good idea to wash the dishes before we used them! In many years of staying in vrbo's, I've never felt like I should step out of the shower onto my flip flops as I did here. I also received a confusing array of messages, some from the actual host and others from an automatic account that referred to different properties. How could we put dishes in the dishwasher when there was not one? There WAS no ring doorbell on the front. There was not a gate code. It was not a quiet neighborhood that would have been disturbed by a party...no one would have heard a party at all, only the neglected dogs that were barking in an empty yard next door and made us sad.

The property was spacious, and clean. The owner was great. Highly recommend

This property is well maintained with all of the amenities one could need for a stay in San Diego. The location is a short jaunt to SDSU, which is convenient for what we were looking for. I'll need to explore the BBQ joint a block away the next time I'm in town!

The house was as advertised and close to the lake. Matt was very easy to communicate with.
