Quiet , central to Rutherglen vineyards.

Property presented well, bed was super comfy and contact was exceptional!

It is a quiet neighbourhood and away from the highway where most motels are located. The amount of space we had was great - it was half a house! It was comfortably furnished and all we needed. There was a spacious lounge room with air conditioning. Breakfast was generous and we were supplied with more than we needed. The walk to the Main Street was past the town’s water tower which has been made into a huge wine bottle. A very pleasant area!

Very quiet location and central to the area. Plenty of room at the accommodation. The breakfast provided was great.

The property was excellent in every way. Breakfast was excellent and well presented. A perfect place to relax after a busy day enjoying Rutherglen and all it has to offer. Liked the availability of Wi-Fi and login instructions were clear. However, on this occasion we did not need it.

There is very little of any significance not to like about this property. Perhaps a tub of yoghurt with breakfast would be a nice addition - but that is being a bit picky (It was great). The photo's provided a clear indication of what to expect and the notes provided gave plenty of detail about where to park and how to obtain access. It was noted that the photo's did not include an external view of the property and google maps showed an early version of the property next door. Only confused for a brief moment but an external photo might be helpful.

Excellent continental breakfast, nice large lounge room and comfy lounge. Comfortable bed. Very quiet location.

The breakfast, which was included, was very well catered. In addition there were various other goodies provided. A separate private lounge room and breakfast room were a lovely surprise.

Longish walk to town centre but fine for younger legs!

Breakfast inclusions good. Comfortable bed. 10 minute walk into Rutherglen. Lovely location for dinner, coffee and shopping.

Heating needs to be controlled by guests not hosts Washing up facilities need to be upgraded from bathroom sink if breakfast is provided otherwise a welcome wine/chocolates on arrival. Map with directions and info of best eateries in town.

The property was lovely and quiet. We thought we were at the wrong place at first then realized it is a private house which has been sectioned off. it was very spacious and there was a big lounge with comfy chairs and a flatscreen TV. We had a separate dining room which was well equipped with microwave fridge and Breakfast goods. The bed was super comfortable and we had a good sized en-suite.

Cleanliness, VERY8 comfortable bed, friendly obliging hosts, quiet neighbourhood, ducted heating during winter set to a sensible temp ie not too hot nor too cold, personalised touches above and beyond expectations..9.5/10

Our ONLY suggestion would be to leave a packet of kitchen wipes in dining area just for guests to wipe down surfaces after breakfast if they want to. Also perhaps a plastic bowl to put dishes into after rinsing at bathroom handbasin
