The room has a beautiful view and is directly on the sea front. It is well-equipped for those who want to make their own breakfast and coffee and for those who want it, but there are also places to have breakfast in the vicinity.

It is better to prearrange the payment. We were supposed to pay in the location. one of the owners told us that he believed that we paid online, but since we saw that no money was withdrawn, we left it on the table as we left. As we left, we were chased by a lady and an interpreter from the next building (they did not know that one of us was fluent in Greek), to whom we explained that we left the sum on the table. We were still forced to go back and show the interpreter the money. It was embarrassing enough, but understanding how suspicious the owner was, was very unpleasant. This could be easily avoided with a note telling us where to pay.

I was looking for a quite and peacefull place to go with my wife. We stayed different places of the island I can honestly say that this place is the best place in the island. Nikos is very friendly homeowner he has prepared everything before we reach there. The home is just next to the beach and you can go out from patio and jump in to the cold eagen sea water. There are very good two different restaurant in walking way distance. You will find more than you expect.

Not bad just required information for the potentiel visitors. There is no market in the village, before you come here, you should buy your needs. Otherwise you have to drive 20 mins to closest market.

Very pleasant living with a spacious terrace in a quiet location a few steps from the sea at the very end of Balos beach. Swimming in the sea before your morning coffee is great! You don't need a pool here. The sea is your pool. :) We will definitely come back here!

A very nice, clean and beautiful room. A very nice veranda. The room is 15 m from the beach.
