Great concept, very clean and modern. Tastefully decorated. Very convenient location with train and bus stops close by. Easy to access the ski resort . The outdoor hot bath was amazing!
There is nothing we didn’t like, but few suggestions: in the absence of a cupboard, hooks on doors would be good to hang towels and coats/ jackets. A folding clothes rack would be great, especially in winter for all the damp clothing that need to dry after skiing. Kitchen utensils were minimal ; there were no regular knives, just a large bread knife. A toaster would have been great.

A special super modern hospitality style plus everything you can think of to contribute to the experience. Adjacent to a restaurant that probably belongs to the same owners, we ate dinner there the two days we stayed, their vegan ramen is excellent. plus everything you can think of to contribute to the experience. The location is at an intersection with the feeling of a motel and a parking lot. I recommend creating a greener atmosphere like a closed neighborhood.

great location and excellent restaurant. check in and out was very easy. the renovation on the containers was very cool, I wish our container had access to the spa though.
there needs to be more storage for luggage. would be great to raise the bed up and put drawers underneath for bags.

Loved the concept and the fact that it's a sustainable hotel, and total bonus that all of the furnishings were also the same. It was spotless and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Great layout for our family. The onsen and ramen restaurant onsite were the perfect way to end a day of snowboarding. Thanks for the awesome re-usable bags!! The hosts were very responsive and kind. Highly recommend.
Really wished there was a dry room for our snowboarding gear. I know the owner is planning to have one for next season. Also, coat hooks by the doorway, towel hooks in the bathroom and hooks in the bedrooms would have been helpful.

Unique stay in a container, with nice layout and furnishing. Great ramen next door, and I mean really really good ramen. Short walk to bus stop which gets you to main ski resort at Goryu. Same bus stop gets you back to Tokyo (Shinjuku) as well. Owner of accommodation also owns the ramen shop next door. Family run business and everyone is friendly.
Jacuzzi upstairs isn't covered, so can't use it during heavy snow falls. However, we were given tickets to use nearby onsen instead (about 4-5 minutes walk away). Sound insulation between room and living room almost non-existent, so you can forget about watching TV while kids are sleeping in the room. The area is not as happening if you're looking for lively night out especially if you don't have a car to get around. There is no reception for this place. You enter your accommodation with a PIN number, and it will only work exactly at specified check-in time at 3pm.

Great concept, you basically have your own appartment incl. a whirlpool. They changed towels everday and took the garbage away as well.
It was a bit difficult to hang up all the clothes and there are no hangers at the entrance. So I kindly suggest to add some hangers at the entrance, this would help.

The beds were comfortable, the restaurant next door was convenient, lots of space for a family [Especially the common area], the kitchen was nice to use and the space was clean overall.
There were no places to hang our jackets, as well as no place to hang our clothes in the toilet.
