We lived this hotel so much! Such a good location in shibuya— the free ice cream and drinks in the lobby were our favorite!!

Superb location 5 minutes walk from Shibuya crossing. Very clean and not too small room for Japanese standards. Staff at the reception is helpful and friendly though they can't speak a word of English. I used Google translate and was perfect.
The fact that I didn't know that it was a love hotel until I started walking to the hotel and saw all the business in the street nearby and then little "signs" in the hotel room. I had no idea. I chose the hotel because of the good price and superb location near Shibuya crossing. Though after the surprise I must admit that I had no problems and mind my own business. The hotel room's door is noise isolated, I notice when exiting room and hear the music in the corridors. I was relieved to see other guests checking in that seemed like a family on holidays so I felt relieved I was not the only innocent ignorant when booking 😆

clean and modern, spacious for Tokyo (booked deluxe double)
wall near reception holds packers of coffee, tea, bubble bath, face masks, face wipes etc free for guests
Staff - not all spoke English but we would all be using Google translator to communicate lol they always accommodated my requests ie extra pillows, steam iron

Wow. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Not only is the hotel in a great location, but it also is pretty large in size for Tokyo. It has a glamorous look in the lobby and the hotel room itself has very modern touches and it is clear it is newly renovated. It was such a comfortable bed and stay here. We ended up going to Osaka the other half of our trip and my husband and I couldn’t stop comparing the other hotel to hotel Diamond and we missed it so much. This is my forever Tokyo hotel. I’m glad I gave it a try given that there were not many reviews. One thing I do regret is not making a tiktok video when I was there. Book with them you won’t regret

I like the location it's close to the center within a walking distance
not so clean because one of the room we booked have a dirty tissue within the blanket.
Massage parlor is around the area where they will ask you to get a private massage all the time.
