Great location, just 5-7 minutes walk from the Metro ( though it is up hill, so be ready for a short climb) 20 minutes walk to the Acropolis. Supermarkets near by. The apparent is big and clean. Air-conditioned in every room.

The location is very quiet, peaceful, safe, and convenient. It was very easy to get into the city center for the Acropolis and other sites. The hosts are very responsive and eager to help. The apt was very clean and well appointed.

This was the perfect apartment! Walking distance to many areas(if you dint mind walking) . With the heat- easy to catch a cab/Uber. I will definitely book again! Felt very comfortable. Stella and her brothers were perfect hosts. Answered my texts/emails even late!

Location is very good. Bakery, grocery shops and 2 restaurants are nearby. Metro station is relatively close by. The apartment was very clean and wel maintained. It had all basic facilities we needed. And the airconditioning was super!

The mattresses of the beds were too hard to our likings.

The apartment was perfect for us, they arranged us a pick-up from the airport and provided tea, coffee, milk and other goodies to start us off. Getting to the apartment from the metro there is a short steep hill, but then you arrive at a quiet residential area with 2 bakeries and a few shops, the metro is cheap and only 1 stop from the Acropolis. You can sign into your own Netflix and surprisingly, we made good use of the sandwich maker. We also had drinks and ate at the local restaurant Koukatsi near the metro - great service, food and drinks, try the honey raki, its delicious.

We enjoyed a perfect long weekend in Athen and the apartment was just amazing. Very friendly and reliable hosts who're flexible and making your stay stress free. The accommodation has all you need to make your stay convenient. The area is perfectly situated and surrounded by lots of small stores and businesses. You can easily walk over to the sights and to main stations for tram & metro. Plenty of good local restaurants and bars. All in all one of our favorite stays. Keep it going Stella !

Location and apartment were very convenient. the hosts were lovely and very prompt with everything.

The only thing I want to point out is that when we booked, the description said 2 bathrooms and we assumed there would be 2 full baths, but the property only had one full bath and a half bathroom (no shower). Please make this clear in the description as only full bath with 6 of us was a bit Inconvenient and we were disappointed since this was something we specifically wanted when we were looking for the booking.

Stella and her brothers were incredible hosts, so helpful and friendly. Stella provided some delicious Greek Christmas cakes to welcome us, which was very much appreciated. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and spacious, and a quick 20 minute walk to the Acropolis and centre of town. The private car parking was excellent which is important in Athens!

The hot water failed on one day, but Migelle (I hope I spelt that correctly) was there in minutes to fix it, and solve the problem.

The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped with great balconies. It has an excellent location, only few minites from the metro station and from the bakery. When we arrived it was a surprise, the fridge was already stocked with everything we need for breakfast. The host, Stella and her father were incredebly kind, warm and they were always helpful and answerd our questions immediately back. All in all, we spent a great time there and we would like to stay there again, if we go to Athens.

I received a warm welcome (despite my late arrival) and was pleasantly surprised to find the fridge already stocked with water and some food. Especially in the evening, I liked to sit outside, relax and enjoy the "atmosphere".

Very nice and spacious apartment. Very clean, modern and equipped with everything necessary. Balconies were very helpful for us as we smoke. Location is great - 15-20 min walk to Acropolis. Metro and other public transport is 5-7 min walk. The host Stella and her husband are incredibly nice polite and helpful! We ( the family of 5 ) spent a great and very joyful week in Athens.

We used the apartment from October 4th to October 13th, as a family of 4, for a stay mostly in Athens. For excursions in the surrounding area, including to very beautiful beaches, we used a rental car. Next to the house is a spacious parking lot that can be locked. I can strongly recommend anyone who has a car with him to look for an apartment with parking because the parking situation on the streets in Athens is really very bad. Thus, the parking lot to the apartment is already a big plus. Opposite the parking lot is a garage. Due to lack of space, their cars are often parked on the street and thus also in front of the exit. But that was never a problem. When we wanted to get out, they always drove the cars away directly. The gentlemen there are very friendly. In Athens itself we did everything on foot. Luckily our kids are good walkers and we covered 62 km in these days. The apartment offers everything necessary and we were highly satisfied. We were surprised upon arrival with drinks, treats, coffee and other little things. The handover of keys was smooth and on time. Stella, the owner was always available and answered questions very quickly back. She is a very accommodating and extremely friendly hostess. When we once had a problem with the hot water, she came right over with a mechanic. In the immediate vicinity is a supermarket with all the necessary, bakeries, snack bars and down the hill towards the city center, you can find the first restaurants. We receive the location as very good. Conclusion: highly recommended.
