What stay I booked to extend the reservation and they asked me for extra $30 to stay in same room as if it was a early check in ir to leave and come back after 3pm so what was my point of extending my stay if I was going to do that so I totally disagreed with that so I canceled and left the property and I seen on my credit car that I was still charged even do I wasn’t there they never cancel like I asked to

Some employees there have the nastiest attitude ever! And this is and on going thing theres probably like one out of all the family employees thats actualy KIND OF cool!
There rude and very dismissive when asking for any sevice they are quick to say no! I dont even think they take the time to see if they can help us out its always a big NO and in a rude way! Then they have this family dog i guess who wont stop barking maybe bcuz they have him tied up in a small room all day!? This motel was my go to disappoints me that ima have to look for another one because i dont feel like it values my bussines

The front desk clerk wasn't friendly at all. I couldn't get the shower to work properly. I showered with luck warm water. Well more cold water then warm. On my last day I noticed a little puddle of water on the floor around, cleaned it up thinking I spilled water while getting ready. Came back and another puddle had formed. Looked under the sink and the pipe has a leak, under that leak was a bucket that had over filled with water. I was not made aware of this. If I were made aware I would have been a little more careful in using the bathroom sink or at least dump the water from the bucket.

This stay was a last-minute book for about 8 hours sleep. We just needed a Bed to sleep in and a shower to rinse off. The rooms are old and not up to date but There were no bugs I saw in the room nor outside. The check in was quick and the guy was nice. You get what you get for $49.

Terrible. We had no power and the front office was nowhere to be seen. When power came back ,the water went out. And all I got from the front office was to Hurry up and check out with us having able to shower

I'm not sure if it's the manager or the owner of this hotel but he is very rude and disrespectful. He started arguing and yelling at me back and forth and he would not refund me my money and that if I wanted my deposit back that I have to leave and it was just a horrible experience. That whole entire family that lives on the property they're Indian and they're just complete mean people. These people should not be in hospitality

I got bit up by bed bugs and have been taking Benadryl every four hours just to not itch and I have a lot of health issues that I am dealing with. I had to buy topical products to put on my skin to help with the swelling and it still hasn’t went down and had to go to the doctor to get seen. I really thought I was going into a safe space but I wasn’t and I’m disappointed. I have photos if you need evidence of my body and how it looked.

There’s a random 20$ “Check-In” fee when you arrive, the room we pre ordered wasn’t available so we got a more compact room which was horribly decorated and filthy.
The lamp shades are a disaster it Literally looks like a fight club lamp blood & dirt all on it .

There were bums laying in the front of office, the office stinks so bad. There were rude. The room had a hand towel under the bed with bood on it.

Our room was on the second floor and there were only stairs. We had a medium sized suitcase that we had to carry. Our room was hot but cooled within 20 minutes. The bed was a king size but had no fitted sheet, 2 standard pillows, and was covered by a flat sheet. So it was the mattress protector then the flat sheet then an itchy thin layered "comforter." We had showered at glen ivy so we didn't use the shower. The comforter was a bright red and the curtains were a bright blue. We were going to just leave the hotel cards in the room but decided last minute to drop them off at the office. Because we dropped them off we got our $20 deposit back which we paid when we first checked in. We won't be back.

It was good except the carpet outside bathroom was soaked and bathroom ceiling needed painting. Looks like they are fixing things but renting rooms before they are done
