Beautiful hotel very well located in the center of Poblado, closed to many restaurants and bars. Excellent service. Nice rooftop with great cocktails.

This property was amazing! The plants everywhere sets up for a great vibe! I have never experienced such friendly staff! Everyone was amazing! Filipe, Philip and both young ladies working the front desk were absolutely amazing! All of the staff were amazing!

Everything was amazing but pay extra for a visitor is not fair.

Extremely clean and very aesthetically pleasing. It feels like a modern jungle and the rooftop is perfect to watch the sunset and have a drink. The staff was very nice and eager to help. I would say that we were missing a few amenities like a clothing iron and a bathrobe but overall the hotel is great and from a walking distance to most restaurants/bars and shops!!

I took a solo trip to Medellín and staying out Selvario 36 for 5 days. Food 10/10, vibe 10/10, room service 10/10. I’m glad I chose to stay here they staff is so nice and welcoming. If you’re reading this, this is your sign to stay at this hotel. Very convenient location!

Amazing like always we are a big fan of Selvario. Really comfortable beds and quite during sleeping hrs. Food at Enzo Rooftop is spectacular.

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast that we pay for the breakfast was never on time and short staff at the breakfast restaurant with tour already scheduled we never had the breakfast and not even the manager came and apologized for the situation ….

Horrible customer service. We visit Colombia regularly and were so excited to stay here. The experience with the hotel was beyond disappointing. There are many other hotels in the Medellin city that have FAR better customer service & actually value their guests.

The customer service was excellent

When I arrived at the hotel a friendly staff member opened the door when I got off my taxi. We were then greeted by other staff members at the entrance with a warm welcome and friendly smiles. Paola greeted us and checked us in quickly. We were then taken upstairs by another friendly staff member to our room. He was friendly and nice. He gave us a quick tour of our room and showed us how to use our jacuzzi. The only thing I would call out was that the air conditioning wasn’t working. The room was really stuffy, but we did turn down the a/c but it still wasn’t generating cooler air. The first night, in the middle of the night, the cooler air kicked in for a couple hours. But in the morning the cooler air was gone despite the thermostat being at 16 Celsius all night. Other than that the overall experience was great at this hotel. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be next to the Provenza it was. 2 minute walk to the clubs/restraunts.

The Restaurant menú, which is the same a roomservice menú, is a little week, with not much of an option, specially if you are staying for a few days.

My friend and I stayed here for 11 nights and the ac started leaking switched us to another room with dirty sheets! Pool closes at 5pm it’s not a good hotel to have a long stay at

Beautiful boutique hotel. Small rooms. Restaurant on premises is separately operated with limited and expensive offering. Spectacular roof top. Great service and location.

On the bottom floor the rooms with Jacuzzi are in the basement. At 07:00am and thru the day I can hear the administration office and employee conversations inside my room 007.

Me and my husband recently stay at Hotel Selvario 36 and we had a great time staying at this hotel. Room was clean and fix everyday, check-in and check-out process was fast and easy, the staff was very welcoming and helpful with everything we need. The hotel is in a great location near provenza and parque lleras. At first we were a little worried about the noise but to our surprise rooms are properly equiped to reduce the outside noise and we sleep very well and did not hear the outside music or noises. We will definitely visit this place in the future.
