Fantastic

The Bel Air Motel was okay for my one night stay, clean sheets and towels, walls appeared freshly painted, great location. Very small room and outdated. No overhead lighting, 2 of the lamps did not work. There was a tangle of cords including a surge protector plugged in to surge protector. Kitchenette had a damaged drawer. A dresser was placed awkwardly in a corner so it could not open the drawers all the way. I was charged $10 for early check in only to find 4 trash bags and the housekeeping cart being stored directly in front of the door to my room. Honestly would not stay here again.

Not kept with! Sink and bath tub clogged! Toilet hard to flush! Carpet was dirty and room smelled like mildew

Amazing wonderful stay at the hotel and the most accomodating and lovely and friendly staff there.

Motel was very clean and the ladies that run the office were friendly and efficient. We were only there for a night, we are aware from years at the shore that motel rooms are small and not fancy but this was very clean and the pool area was very well equipped and nice.

The staff were great, the pool was good the area was excellent! the beach and boardwalk was 1 to 2 minute walk which was great! Dinners and places outside the boardwalk you had to drive to. The best place we found was the Grand Rio to eat. Now the property, parking very very tight, you pull in you can not open the car door without backing out in the sidewalk that's how tight 4 or 5 places on side if you can get in them. Our room was very small they call in a kitchenette you could not even move in the room way to small. Now the shower, VERY BAD!!!! could not adjust it first so HOT burn yourself just a trickle the next day NO HOT WATER cold shower other days just could not adjust it cold hot did not know what was coming out FREEZE OR BURN FREEZE OR BURN!!!! Will not stay again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I liked that it was near my bff’s place and it was reasonable. Didn’t have enough towels and housekeeping never came. No utensils, coffee was lousy. When I arrived my room wasn’t even ready, it was already after 3 pm. I think the price was way too much! Doesn’t even have a small appliance like a toaster. So so disappointed!

I felt like I was in INDIA 🇮🇳 pool was dirty not enough chlorine to keep the pool clear.

This place is terrible, musty , dirty worn carpet , tub spigot missing ( rusty pipe visible and leaking) we were duped by website ! We left after first night and demanded second night refund “Yesh” said Expedia has to refund us as we booked thru Expedia , I hope Expedia refunds us ASAP ! Don’t stay this place literally stinks !

Rooms were dated and smelled like terrible cleaning chemicals. The carpets were sticky. The shower dripped and left water all over dirty bathroom floor. Not a comfortable stay at all.

It was okay the room was clean a bit small.white sheets no hair or stain bathroom was clean.No complaints. AIr conditioner was working great. Shower was okay with the water pressure.

The room we were given had not been cleaned, the bed sagged an was worn and shabby on the sides, the toilet did not hold water in the tank and efforts to repair it failed. the cabinets had one drawer front bolted on and half torn off and the room was probably no more than 125 square feet' and we were advised that this was it there were no more available rooms. after enough complaints and excessive time spent on the phone with expedia and them seeking to pull the payment the renters seemed to remember that they own 2 more motels within a block and under pressure gave us a fair room in a sister motel. it was a disgrace that they would even attempt ro put anyone in this room; clearly their ad was dishonest and you should not consider a rental

Creaky fans and air conditioners. Bad mattress and no elevators. No convenient outlets to charge phones. Iffy wi-fi.

The room was very much to my liking! The kitchen was very useful and we definitely used it and the grill outside. The pool was gorgeous! The bed was very comfortable. The mother of the business was so incredibly accommodating, for her alone I would return!

Was just a last minute one night stay so i didn't want to break the bank. It was very affordable and was pleasantly surprised how well it was maintained. Very comfortable beds, clean blankets. Didn't go in it, but the pool area looked nice. Would definitely stay again

They charged me a CASH fee to occupy the room a little before check in. The bathrooms smelled awful and the sink was hanging off wall in the bathroom. There was hair all over bathroom and on pillows. The ice machine was filthy with a slimy film. I did not have a problem being charged a fee but for a disgusting room, thats another issue.

We had the standard queen room which was very small and tucked into a corner under the stairs. I would reserve a different room if I stayed again. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The pool was well-maintained and parking was convenient. The motel is close to the beach, boardwalk, and various cafes, restaurants and market. The hotel has a nostalgic charm which is what makes it special. I would stay again.

it was a cute place to stop for the night in wildwood, was a couple blocks from the boardwalk and other good local places to eat and shop! Truly a good location and we thought the decor was cute and the room was clean! I just want to mention again that we were very happy with the cleanliness of our room and sheets. We do want to mention that the beds are very hard, one of the fridges did not work in our room, and the other guests were up screaming until almost 3am with their kids running around and playing ping pong. We took a walk around 1 am and we could hear them from around the block, while no other area hotel had guests this noisy outside during that time. We stay in wildwood often and were surprised that no one from the office asked them to quiet down at any point. Regradless, we thought it was a cute motel with a good location.

Staff was friendly but the room was sub-par. Room was listed as having a ‘kitchenette’ but it only had a mini fridge and a table with an old coffee maker on it. Huge stain on the carpet. Carpeting is gross anyway, should be banned from all hotels. Air conditioner in one room didn’t work so there was a big dusty fan in the corner that looked like it was stored in a garage for years and just brought out and placed in the room. And the bathroom looked like it was straight out of 1971. Whoever owns this has no pride in the place. So much potential but the owner surely doesn’t care. Ever hear of paint???

It was a great stay besides the other guests keeping us up til 4am.
