I was expecting a small room, as it was advertised at 6sqm. However, it had all the amenities I needed and, much to my surprise, the sizeable, well equipped bathroom was not included in their measurements. I was delighted with the room as a result. Obviously it would be very tight for a couple, but fine for a single person.

Comfy, safe and clean room with excellent tea tray snacks and bathroom accessories. Only mention if light sleeper to bring ear plugs, walls a bit thin and plumbing heard from other rooms.

Personally met in the car park by Fraser who offered the EV charger at a small cost for our car.
He explained how the key card and door entry system worked and helped with the luggage.
Also escorted us to our room and said he would be contactable if we had any queries.
Recommended a taxi service to us by a local company.
Offered us an upgrade and breakfast if we wanted.
Room and en suite, bright, modern and clean.
Within walking distance of the high street.
Quiet location and good off street parking.
Excellent service.

The property was beyond expectations, everything you could ask for was there, it was spotlessly clean, comfy bed perfect stay everything was immaculate, the breakfast was amazing, the hosts were so lovely really chatty, highly recommend and we will definitely be back

I had to stay overnight for work and booked this guesthouse at the last minute. I'm so glad I did. The place was faultless. My room was spacious, spotless and had everything I needed. The owners are lovely, beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely stay there again next time I'm down that way

Very convenient for our overnight stay prior to travelling to the Isle of Wight the following day. Staying at Highfield meant that we could travel the day before without any stress about being on time for the ferry crossing.

We had a lovely one night's stay at Highfield Coach House. Although we were in the Economy Double as it was a very last minute booking, everything was lovely. Very comfortable bed, everything spotlessly clean, great shower.
Excellent breakfast in the main house with Fraser and Maria as impeccable hosts. Fraser greeted us on arrival and made us feel so welcome, nothing too much trouble. Will most definitely be returning!

Maria Greeted us on arrival. quickly showed us our room and how to access all areas. The room was beautifully decorated, great size bathroom with all cosmetics and shower caps, etc. The property is most comfortable and great value for our overnight stay. Would be good for longer stays as well.

Had a lovely 2 night stay. The attention to detail was great and it was clear that Fraser and the team really aim to make the guests feel as important as they can. Excellent breakfast too!

Lovely room with lots of nice touches, like the Ferrero Rocher welcome chocs. Excellent shower and fantastic cooked breakfast option. Parking good and easy walk into Lymington. Happy to recommend.

The property was within walking distance to look around lymington , the accomadation was spotless and Andrea was so helpful and friendly and there was good parking facilities .

Hi tech entry system and all very easy.
Only con was the hard bed. Clearly a high quality matress as we could both get in and out without thw whole bed moving, but just too firm for us. Others may of course love this support.

We just stayed for the night. Situated a 5 min walk to the the high street. Nice modern room with tea coffee making facilities .Nice friendly host .Breakfast was superb Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

This Bed and breakfast was superb. The owners were so nice and went out of the way to treat us and everyone like we were their last friends. Location is in a housing estate, not suitable for all type of guests. Quite is the watchword for this location.
