It was Absolutely Amazing. The Four Seasons in Nashville is A Fabulous Hotel.

The room was fine, but for the high price, it should have been better. The soda was basic and uncomfortable. No lounge chair for the second guest since the sofa was basically for one.

A wonderful hotel for our first visit to Nashville. The pool was the perfect spot to relax and cool off. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay again Four Seasons Nashville!

Hotel was brilliant, very new with great staff who were very helpful and nice. Bar area and restaurant was great, food was delicous. Rooms were modern and very clean. Very close to Broadway, two minutes walk. Pool area was also very good.

My wife and i drove there and met my son to specially celebrate his 40th birthday.
That was our main purpose and that is the only major thing the hotel staff person we dealt with totally messed up!!
We had cake and champagne ordered for july 2 for room and the staff person wrote it down on her note scratch pad which looked disorganized. 4 of us emphasized and reviewed what we wanted. She confirmed. Then sent it july 1st . The wrong day!!
That was an awful dissappointment to say the least.
Staff didnt care just said oh well Sorry.

Everybody greeted us pleasantly. Kim at the swimming pool, Zach at Valet parking and Liliana?? at room service, just to name a few - so friendly and taking good care of their guests. The location couldn't get any better - by the river and one block from Broadway. They cleaned the room twice a day and take care of every single detail.

The room and overall service we received was excellent. While the weather was amazing, it’s a little early for pool season so we weren’t terribly disappointed that the pool was undergoing maintenance.
Things that could’ve been improved include:
- a working steam room
- a sauna in the spa
- better local knowledge about dining options from the desk staff
- the views and location are unparalleled, however, I was surprised by the amount of (road) noise we could hear through the windows in our room and the spa.

Elevators to parking were out of service so we had to walk around to get to a back entrance while I was in heels. It was awful but soooo worth it for everything else you get here. Mini bar, snack drawer, beautiful sight through huge windows, complimentary water in glass bottles (very fancy lol), a BEAUTIFUL shower and general bathroom area, a restaurant and bar downstairs, room service… the list goes on. 10/10 recommend for a splurge night.
