Not old hotel, washing mashines.
Didn't return my taxes after staying longer than a month. Cleaning had happened only once in a hole month.

Value for money
Sometimes TV doesn't work, cooker can be tricky to turn on

The coffee
The room smelled awful very musty. I had to spray my perfume all over the room to stay. The bed looked cheap and there was a cockroach in the kitchen sink alive.

Not much. They charge you to change linens. Even though it says on the key card envelope you get fresh linens every 2 days. Their washing machines are dirty and not easy to operate, when I asked for quarters the lady didn't speak English even though the day before she spoke perfectly to the man outside. Our tub didn't drain, toilet overflowed in the middle of the night (that's when I found out about the linen charge). Most of the staff was rude and uninterested in providing any customer service. When it was time to check out granted we were about 30 minutes late getting out they were at our door at 11:15 with two men trying to intimidate us. Maybe if we had a good night's rest or didn't have to perform maintenance ourselves, or pay for linens we would've been out in a more timely matter but tired people are slow people.

Good location. Decent rates. Good parking. Clean (to a fault.) Adequate WiFi.
Intense chemical smell. The whole building, room included, was very reminiscent of rehabilitation facilities I’ve worked in.
Even though it’s an extended stay with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, they want you to BUY kitchen supplies like cookware, plates, and silverware. That is absurd. If you’re traveling and in an extended stay, that’s the whole point of an extended stay. It is meant to be like a furnished apartment that you rent. What is a traveler meant to do with purchased kitchenware?
Also, despite their very clear and allegedly strict noise policy, many of the neighbors do not abide by the rules and the noise from the parking lot and adjacent highway make for some noisy nights.

I liked that it had a kitchen in it.
I didn't like that they didn't accommodate my request of being on the first floor, even after i showed them an email stating that they could accommodate me for that. I also didn't like that there were 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child), but they wouldn't give us a 3rd towle and wash cloth unless they charged us. There was no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. When we checked in, the keys didn't work so we had to go back down stairs and have them reprogram the keys. When we checked out no one would come to the front desk to take our keys, they told us to leave them at the window.

not a damn thing
no staff at front desk, have to call someone to help you and then wait on them to show up. people staying in hotel that looked to be permanent residents. Mold all in shower. Non-Smoking room with cigarette burn stains all over the place. Bad smell in lobby and room. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

It was a good serviceable hotel, conveniently accessible to the highway and venue I was attending.
There were 2 bath towels, but no hand towels or washcloths. I eventually got the washcloths but was told there were no hand towels available.

The front desk lady was nice.
Check in was at 3 but our room wasn't ready until after 7. The room didn't have soap or shampoo. Tried calling the front desk to get some soap/shampoo but the phone had tons of static and could barely communicate with the front desk. The bedding was really thin and felt like having two layers of sheets. The floor we were on smelled like B.O. really bad. Also, I've never stayed at a hotel where the front desk was closed randomly.

Very different from a normal hotel, however the perks of a 43 Inch flat screen and a full size fridge and a cook top in every room, This place is alright.
No maid service😤😡
4.5
Very friendly staff,
Door locks around building were all broken. No maid service in 2 1/2 weeks. not enough luggage racks. Need stricter rules on what kind of dogs are allowed.

Great staff. Clean rooms.
Broken door handles to enter building, maid service once every other week.

Location, privacy and price are pretty good.
No wash cloths for several weeks, dog owners need to be required to clean up after their animals better

location was close to food and stores
half cleaned rooms with damage, pictures look nothing like the rooms, after a certain time you have to dial from lobby phone for help and hope someone answers. lobby smells weird. Other people fighting and singing while intoxicated heavily.

not much but we did like the front desk staff
when we got there they didn’t have the room I requested but they did give me another room, however I told them that it would either need to be the same price or lower. She had to work that out. We got up to our room and there was a stench that was horrible but we were so tired we just went to bed. The cleaning crew was supposed to clean the rooms twice a week. We were there for 9 days and they didn’t clean at all. At one point we had a full bag of trash that we wanted them to take but they told us we could take it out back to the dumpster. That was not something they should’ve said. That’s not my job! a day or so later we needed some new towels, since it was clear that we weren’t going to have room service we went to get some at the front desk. We were told they were out of soap and to check back later. we checked that night and they still didn’t have any laundry soap! Went down the next morning and was told the crew was waiting for “the boss” to bring laundry soap. Finally was able to get towels that afternoon. Couple of days later, again we wanted clean towels. We went downstairs and was told, this time, they were washing towels and they would bring some up to our room as well as clean. we got back to the room and guess what… no towels and they certainly hadn’t cleaned either.
