All of the electronics were out in the house. There was no WIFI, no tv, no home theater and no video games. We complained when we arrived and it wasn’t fixed until five days later after about thirty messages with the property manager.

My family and I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend to get some R&R. We chose this home because of the pool, size of the home, its cleanliness, and it did not disappoint. We had a really great time and left rested and refreshed. The owners communicated well and ensured we were comfortable and had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

A group of 8 buddies flew in to go to a football game at TCU. The property was a short drive to the stadium. Huge house, plenty of space, very clean. Great place to hang out and relax

The house is amazing, definitely one of our favorites. There is nothing lacking here - plenty of great outdoor space, lots of options for places to sleep, well-appointed beds, baths, and kitchen. Management is excellent (we have rented from them in the past), and they are excellent with communication. Easy process and they checked-in a few times during the stay. This was a wonderful experience for us, and most of that is due to the house.

Easy access to Rangers and Cowboy stadium. It's also close to grocery store. It has an amazing backyard with a grill, swimming pool (played water volleyball) and a great outdoor sitting area where you can relax with green plants everywhere. Upstairs is a game room where the kids plugged in their game consoles, it had a foosball table and pool table. It also has a poker table so don't forget to bring poker chips! Plenty to do around the house. Really enjoyed the stay.

Booked property and had communication several times regarding rental. Upon (arrival 1 hour) I received a call stating that there was a system glitch and home was double booked. We were asked to leave the property immediately. They did find us another home about 30 minutes away and provided credit for the error. Huge inconvenience as we had multiple family members involved.

Brought my family to the area for the week while I traveled. The pool is only 5’ deep which is great for the kids, the koi pond was very cool. Super spacious, clean, and the owners were always available if I ever had questions. The house had everything we needed and then some.

Truly relaxing weekend. I celebrated my 30th birthday here with a small group of friends. The house has everything you could need and is big enough that everyone can do their own thing! Beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub are the perfect temp! My only complaint is that the AC did not reach certain parts of the house, making for a sweaty sleeping situation. Other than that it was perfect stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Kennedale. The house, backyard, pool, and amenities were as described and even better!! We enjoyed the pool table and video game console in the evenings, and had SO much fun playing in the beautiful pool during the days. The kitchen is outfitted with every appliance and utensil you could need, and the outdoor kitchen/grill area is awesome! We grilled both nights we were there. The backyard gazebo is lovely for outdoor dining and playing cards/games in the shade. The beds were all very comfortable with high end linens, and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The property manager was extremely quick and friendly in answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was very clean, had everything we needed, and had wonderful amenities. The neighborhood was great also. Lot's of great places to walk our dogs and close enough to the grocery store. The kids enjoyed the pool, fish pond, and pool table also. The owner was extremely responsive and kept in touch. We forgot some things at the house and the cleaning crew found them and the office sent them to us right away. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and exactly like it was listed. We had a great time and perfect for our family vacation.

For a last minute option that my family had to move to for a few days due to extenuating circumstances, it was a pretty decent place. The kids loved the game room and the koi fish pond. Being in the winter, we weren't able to enjoy the pool, but we would have loved that too had the weather been warm enough. I loved the spacious bedrooms and all the bunk beds. My kids wanted to all sleep together, so that was definitely a nice feature. The office and game room was stocked with board games that my family and I enjoyed playing. However, there were a few technical items that didn't seem to function that I was pretty bummed about. First was the arcade machine. The screen was actually a TV that was connected to the system, but the remote that the host said was supposed to go with it didn't work. I tried changing batteries too, but to no avail. Secondly, the jacuzzi didn't function either. When you tried to turn it on nothing would happen. Lastly, the gas fireplace wouldn't light. We made sure to turn the gas on and to make sure the valve was open, but when we went to ignite it nothing would happen. We couldn't smell any gas coming out either. This house had everything we needed and my family and I enjoyed our stay, but it could have been so much better. It didn't have that "Wow!" factor like I was hoping. If the arcade, jacuzzi, and fireplace had all functioned properly it would taken it from decent to amazing!

This property was AMAZING! We had a large group but this home has plenty of room and things to do inside. The pictures don’t do it justice. So very nice, clean, and comfortable. Wished we would of had more time to really enjoy the backyard. The Koi pond was so pretty n just relaxing to hear the water run and them swim. The pool was very clean but to cool to get in due to weather but the hot tub was relaxing. Asher was over the top with communication with us. We well defiantly be staying again. I can’t say enough about this property

Property was just as expected from listing and photos. Nice space - everything we needed. Grill and fire pit both worked nicely & we enjoyed beautiful evenings in the gazebo. Very convenient location.
