Rooms were lovely, very tidy
The oven didn’t work meaning we had purchased food from the shop we couldn’t cook and with it being NYE, was hard to find somewhere to eat.
Wi-Fi also didn’t work, would let us connect but then flash up a web page and wouldn’t work?

Super location, comfortable beds.
The fire alarm was at fault, and beeped continously through the night, we actually took turns to stay up just incase... contacted owners to no avail. The oven didn't work, we booked so we could as a family see our first grand child, was a real upset. The associated milk and biscuits were out of date by months. And was very expensive by comparison. Very upset overall.

The apartment was nice and comfortable in a good location.
Unfortunately the fire alarm started going off at 3am in the morning. 2 hours later I managed to contact the host who informed me that a maintenance engineer was required but couldn't inform us when they would arrive. At 6:30 we decided to pack our stuff and leave due to the fire alarm. It really did ruin our stay as we was out on the street with nowhere to sleep.

Great location, the room was comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for everyone and the shower was fantastic.
The oven wasn't working quite right, it seemed to be having electrical issues. The check in instructions were never sent, so I had to call the owner, this wasn't ideal as I also had to send over my booking confirmation, as his system wasn't updating.

I booked specifically for there being 3 beds, but there was no bedding for the sofa bed

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, everything was clean, it was a nice place to stay and surprisingly quiet considering the location.
Given the wrong door code in my email for the wrong room. No tv signal, to be fair we didnt spend much time in the apartment but it would have been nice to watch some morning tv with a brew before leaving. There was no mop wich would have been handy for the bathroom floor.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location as well, close to parking and the Cathedral.
There was no Netflix as there was no internet despite the advert.

Great location. Very comfortable & clean apartment. Would recommend to others & would definitely stay again next time we need a 2 bedroom apartment.
Sensor light in hallway clicked on & off all the time. If someone had slept on sofa bed this would’ve been a problem.
Toilet seat needs to be fixed.

Great Central location and very comfortable beds
Broken toilet seat upon arrival, several screws sticking out of the walls on the stairs.(obviously a newly decorated building just needs a few tweaks.

It was close to everything.
The toilet seat was hanging off I had to pop it back on and the shower surround was not fitted to the wall properly.
