A lovely flat spoiled by lack of cleaning and maintenance.
Location very good, very quiet with shops and restaurants within easy reach.
The flat definitely needs a deep clean, updating of fridge/freezer which was dirty and for the price a small dish washer would save a lot of hot water. The two toilets don’t flush properly again wasting water. There’s mould in both showers although they both work perfectly not very nice. There’s thick dust on most of the skirting boards throughout. The outside balcony has been neglected there are weeds growing and cigarette ends on the floor and the table hadn’t been cleaned. The patio doors are not closing properly only one of them open. The glass had been hastily wiped over and so smeared it was hard to see out. We were very disappointed.

Overall, if I could afford it I would stay here every weekend and school holiday
We have stayed at this apartment twice now and enjoyed every minute of it. Central location, peaceful at night, plenty to do and see. Stunning walks along the coastline. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need.
The beds could be better but they are ok.

1 There could have been more useful storage in bedroom 2 and the sitting room 2 There could have been some form of privacy on the door, I didnt like people stopping and looking in from the esplanade

lovely spacious apartment!
this is a lovely apartment in a great area right on the beach. it has designated parking and easy access into the apartment. only a 5 minute walk into the city centre and loads to do in the area. I was here as had family from Ireland and America visiting, was a perfect base for them to explore Swansea. the balcony area was lovely to sit out in the morning. majority of apartment was very clean and had everything you need to cook meals, a full size fridge freezer and they also provided tea/coffee.
my only complaint be that the bathroom could do with a deeper clean and toilet brushes replaced. absolutely nothing major though and all easy fixes.

absolutely delightful
the property was lovely, very comfortable and felt like a home away from home.
there was not enough hot water for three adults to wash constructively but otherwise no complaints

great - would recommend if wanting to stay in Swansea and explore the gower. Would not hesitate staying again.
