Good lighting outside and inside. comfortable.

We came into town for a festival & stayed here. Edward was an amazing host, had everything we needed, & he was communicative to ensure all our needs were met. The house is very well maintained, you can tell he care a lot about his guests & the house. The house is only 10-15 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville & closer to some amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation. Gives you lots of access to the town & gives you a comfortable & homey space to relax after a long day of exploring.

Edward was fantastic from booking, to directions, to providing clear entry instructions. The place was clear, well appointed with bedding and linens. Very easy access to the highway and only 8 minutes to downtown.

It was perfect in every way.

The outside property is well-kept. The smell of air fresheners was very overpowering when we walked in the door. The Christmas tree was up nice touch for the holidays. Glass tables throughout the living area, dining, TV, & front room all floating on bases. Not suitable for anyone with young children. The dining table is bar height. The furniture was in good shape and clean. The beds were comfortable; closet space and dressers were available which was nice. Curtains were not light-blocking just an FYI did not affect us since it was winter and not a lot of daylight. Bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels in the full bathroom and a scale! Full bathroom was not renovated. Bathtub walls were separating from the wall. Ceiling was peeling greatly. All water faucets took a long time to get hot water. Had a bubbler for clean drinking water which was nice. The room off of kitchen looks like a converted garage was quite cold, but blankets were available. Had a funky smell when we unplugged some of the air fresheners. Temperature varied greatly throughout the house. Bedrooms very warm. Other areas 10-15 degrees colder. The house was adequate for us as we were visiting family and did not spend a lot of time in the house. Just looked like an almost-done reno that is being done quickly. Owner was very responsive and checked in on us regularly. Even reset door code immediately when late at night we put in the wrong code several times which locked us out.

The property was easy to find and had easy access to the places we visited. Clean and comfortable and our house was very quick to respond to all our questions and was very helpful in helping us to have a good time.

The beds were comfortable, and the location was close to Knoxville. Three guys in for football give it a 4.5. We all felt like the full bathroom is in need of an update. The water pressure was not great and the ceiling needs attention. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items. Would stay there again.

Property was clean and well stocked. Missing a toaster and Edward was quick to have one delivered the next day. Furnish are a bit dated, but everything worked. Beds comfortable. Internet fast. Close to shopping and Knoxville. Enjoyed are stay and will keep it on our short list for future reference. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Good experience

I enjoyed my stay at Edward's property. It has everything you need for a comfortable visit, and is perfectly located for all Knoxville has to offer.

Three of us stayed here for a weekend. Beds are comfortable and it’s nice having bath and a half. We only needed a place to sleep at night and the house was just perfect for that. Easy access to interstate and Northshore area. Host is awesome and in contact at any time.

Our short stay here was great! The house had everything we needed for the weekend and even a small gift when we first arrived. Easy entry, clean house, and really appreciated the water dispenser in the kitchen. Would stay here again when we come back to Knoxville.

The house is a little dated but still a comfortable place to stay. The bed was nice, the heat works great, and the neighborhood felt safe. We were in Knox to catch a Vols game. The host was quick to respond to all my questions and gave us great recommendations on exploring the city. Getting an uber was real easy and fairly inexpensive too. We would absolutely book a stay here again.

The property manager was amazing. Great communication, easy to work with and implemented special touches. The property was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for the UT game we attended. If we come back to Knoxville, we will definitely try to stay here again. Property was perfect for staying for a Vols football weekend. Needs some updates but does the job well. Place was very clean and AC works great. Was in a good neighborhood and felt very private. Definitely staying at this property again!

Our host, Edward responded immediately when we had an issue with the fridge. He had a new one delivered with in hours of letting him know the problem. He responded immediately when we couldn’t figure out the tv system and walked us through how to use it. He was helpful, considerate and wants people to enjoy their stay. The location is nice and easy to get to things.

The property was very clean and very roomy. It was in a great location to everything you could imagine going to. Very easy to access once we got there. Will rent from this location again.
