All the staff at the Amethyst are very friendly and eager to serve and assist. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. This is a very comfortable place to stay.

Nice hotel

Fantastic hotel, especially the staff all over was awesome. They are extremely helpful friendly and nice. Alice at the breakfast really made my start of the day joyful every morning 😊 Stayed in many 5 stars hotels that would never stand a chance against amethyst. Everything just works perfect

Property was well kept, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only issue was probably the surrounding area wasn't the best which you can't really help. Although was close to all the action, just really depends what you are trying to get out of Pattaya.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough everyone from the doorman to the front desk and especially I have to give a 10 out of 10 to the housekeeping. My room was immaculate after the maid service. You will not find a better hotel in this area.

Only thing I might add is that the shower floor can be slippery if you are not careful. Otherwise it is NOT a mistake to book this hotel!

Great hotel

The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel was convenience getting to Walking Street. The park garage was open and free to park. I loved the walk in shower and see through windows in the bath.

For me, it was an accident location. You can walk out the front door in any direction to get to everything you need. The pool bar food was an excellent option and the restaurant in the lobby was an excellent option. Room was modern and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall a great stay. The staff were all excellent, so friendly and helpful, always smiling and greeting us every time. The hotel is very clean and always smelling fresh. They have a barista in the lobby with great coffee and cake. The check in was very fast and efficient. The room was clean, modern, well appointed. The size of the room is great, big with plenty of room for two people and luggage. We had three large suitcases. Plenty of power points and USB charging points. The bed was large, very comfortable as to the pillows. The shower was also large, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is also great. About 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars surrounded the hotel. A 7 Eleven was just around the corner for quick grabs and a supermarket about a 2 minute walk away. We highly recommend staying at the Amethyst, you won’t regret it.

Everything was perfect, hotel was spotless and staff were excellent

Excellent location for a new hotel (2022). Stayed in large grand executive room for 4 days. First hotel room that actually looked like the pictures. Well worth the price break at 40% off. Hotel strangely not full and great, inexpensive supper menu with few other guests. By contrast the free breakfast was limited, small and overcooked. The on demand items (eggs, etc) were better. The bar cannot mix a drink to save their lives (curdled milk in unblended pina colada, tom collins tasted like a sour pickle). Pool and gym (with a great top floor view of the city) were fantastic and well served with staff, food items and a bar. Laundry was exhorbitant compared to nearby local places but fast. Concierge good, arranged far cheaper travel than elsewhere. 24 hour reception friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned at 3 to 4 pm without exception. Know this if you plan on room time before supper. Free toiletries were well stocked and of good quality. All minibar items free with room. Well worth the price, location. Will definitely book again.

What a great little hotel, very reasonable price, 3 blocks to the beach but the real stand out was the staff. All of them were attentive, helpful and very pleasant especially Peemai on the front desk who always greeted me with her lovely smile. The hotel is very modern and well appointed.

Definitely a must stay hotel in Pattaya.Staff are brilliant extremely helpful the door staff especially.The hotel itself is just fantastic,very modern.The rooftop pool and sun deck is amazing.Would definitely stay here again (and will be hopefully in December).Location is perfect for everything you want. Only thing a could say negative is the room balcony had no view (just rite into another building) which was unfortunate but everything else was just perfect.Definitely a 10 out 10 hotel.

Hotel is nice, but breakfast is not so good! Staff is nice, rooms are nice and clean. NO REFRIGERATOR in the rooms!!! Only a cooler, which does not keep coll anything. I gave 3 out of 5 stars, only because of those 2 things. The hotel is operating more then a year now. Too many people are complaining about the breakfast. Selection is poor and quality also. Charge an extra $5 for each breakfast, but make it a memorable one, not like now.

Overall hotel is a great value. I enjoyed the friendly attitude of the staff.

Excellent Hotel, Everything is new in a great location on Soi Buakhao. Cost a little bit more than other hotels around but worth it! The bed is big and comfortable, shower has a good water pressure and a very clean and big room :-) The facilities are excellent and the rooftop pool is great. The stuff is very helpful and polite The breakfast is good
