water bugs , need better freshener

I expected the bare basics out of this stay since it was so reasonably priced, but we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. Don't get me wrong, its a room with a basic kitchenette and bath, but very clean and updated with coffee, some water in the fridge. There is even a cute little area off to the side with a little table and chair set to sit outside! Super cute! Would highly recommend if you need a comfortable clean place to stay. Would be good for someone that needs a quick stop off the airport as its pretty close for a great price. Owner contacted me when I didn't check in at the time I stated just to make sure I was able to get in ok - THAT is great customer service.

The bedding is kind of sparse and not really that comfortable. A thicker comforter and better pillows would be nice.

Nothing. If the power was on it might be ok, but completely worthless, expensive, and aggravating experience. Had to book another place and still no refund.

This wasn't just inconvenient or undesirable, it was blatantly dysfunctional with no accountability or recourse. Booked based on basic amenities and was not informed of no electricity until after arrival. No lights, refrigerator, air-conditioning, or way to cook and the host won't give our money back! Booking.com isn't helping so far, but said they'd reinvestigate. It's been over two weeks though.

I like that the room was cozy and clean but I think the shower needs a stronger shower liner because the water spills all over the bathroom and the blankets should alittle more thick n comfy and the pillows to be thicker other then that the place was nice n quiet.The owner was very nice he helped us with bee hive that was near our door we called him with a concern and he came by and knock out the bee mud piles. I give this place a 8.

It was clean and comfortable

Property was very easy to find and affordable, instructions on how to access the property and room were easy to understand. Room was clean and cozy, was a small area outside to sit. close to all of Tampas attractions and resturants.

Tv wouldnt work properly, had to keep unplugging and plugging it back in to get to work properly. Nieghbors were loud a argueing a couple of times.
