Excellent place to stay- location and resort are perfect for families and large group

Perfect trip!

The location and the floor plan for 13 people was ideal. Especially with 2 master suites. The air conditioning was very cold in the main area but a little warm in the master suites.

Condo was great, all facilities were wonderful

We stayed in the penthouse and the size was perfect! We had a large group and lots of children and we NEVER felt crowded. The contact with the host before we got there was great! Ready to book next year!

The space is what our family needed and this was perfect.

The condo is excellent. However, there were 8 light bulbs in a bathroom and 4 were burnt out, 1 sink was very slow draining and the 1/2.bathroom did not drain at all. A bedroom fan light would not turn off when fan was runnable my. Was told it was wired wrong. One of the burners on the grill did not work. The he maintenance people that came. Maintenance people that came out would just fix one thing. A handyman that will fix more then one thing is certainly needed.

Great place.

After calling for repairs, a repairman show up and was ask to return in 30 minutes in which he agreed. However he never showed up again. This is not third time having issues with Caribe rentals. Four lightbulbs not working in one room, fireplace and grill not working. The raw smell of sewer from bathtub. All this was reported but nothing was done to correct the issues. I spoke with front desk and called phone number provided for repairs. I will never deal with Caribe resorts and will not recommend to anyone.

Overall really nice. Just a few items need attention. Two bar stools need screws in bottom. 3 bathrooms have lights out over mirror. Was mold in some showers. Fry pans have seen better days. Floors were dirty. There was banging due to remodeling at 6am on upper floor. One burner knob on stove does not work. Could not get tv to work in one master bed room. Overall great stay, just needs a little tender loving care.

The property was perfect for our needs. Nine adults. But would sleep 7-8 more kids in the media/bunk room, also. Needed some attention to the unkempt grill on patio. Manager was very responsive!

Our stay at the Turquoise Place was great! The condo/views/beach was beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the condo was very clean. Thank you for our amazing stay!

I'll start with the bad and end with the good. We were greeted by a 'sour mop' smell when we walked in that filled the condo for two days. The floors were gummy, we found sunflower seeds by the couch, trash behind the dresser in the rec room, and food under the fridge. The toilets and sinks seemed clean, but after a greeting like that, you wonder. Then there was the overall lack of care to the unit. A leg was off a dining chair, a toilet lid off its hinges, the curtain rods were off the two main masters which made it difficult to open the curtains, and when you did, they came off the rod. The electric didn't work on the back wall of the kitchen, light bulbs were out in the bathrooms, the cabinets everywhere have outlived their life span as the laminate is coming off and they don't close properly. When someone was showering and the water was turned on elsewhere in the condo, the shower went off for a period of time and then came back on. There were other concerns, but you get the idea. I called maintenance on all of this and more at 4:50 one day and they were there the next morning. That's great, but my point is I shouldn't have to call maintenance on my vacation. The good...the views were amazing, the space is outstanding for a group. The hot tub was cared for by a separate team, and they were great! There are plenty of dishes and silverware; as others have said the kitchen utensils are lacking, but part of that is the number of drawers you have to search through to find what's there. The ice maker was awesome, and the fridge size was great for the number of people. There were two coffee makers which came in very handy. We appreciated the washer/dryer unit, too. We have stayed in our share of VRBO properties over the years, and due to the maintenance and concerns with cleanliness, this was the most disappointing, especially for what we paid. Unfortunately, you're stuck once there and other than reading reviews like this one, you hope your hard-earned money is spent on the best possible property.

We stayed on the 29th floor. The unit was absolutely beautiful, but the views of the ocean were even better. The balcony provided for a great place to hang out as the hot tub and grill worked perfectly. The kitchen was big with a plenty of space to cook big meals and hang with the family. We will definitely go back.

This unit is absolutely wonderful. We have stayed at Turquoise Place several times and it never disappoints. The grand kids loved having access to 2 pools and the lazy river. Beach access is easy and the beach attendants were great. Hot tub was not working upon arrival but maintenance took care of it promptly. My only issued was that the kitchen could use some restocking in the pot and pan department. The larger pots did not have lids. Some of the skillets need to be replaced. There are so many kitchen drawers and utensils were scattered everywhere...which is certainly not a problem just not convenient. I cook several meals on family vacations and have learned to bring certain things from home. However, this unit did not have crock pot, griddle, etc. You might want to inquire if these kitchen appliances are important to you. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Our annual family reunion was a success! The condo was wonderful in regards of space. The balcony views were amazing to see pelicans and seagulls flying at our eye level. We were blessed with wonderful weather! Loved the refrigerator and freezer because when you put four families together there sure is a lot of food! Our start began a little rocky because we received an email from the property management stating we could be on property and use facilities before check-in. Got to the property and we were told that was not correct. Although I do understand for insurance reasons it was a stressful time because we had family coming in from Tennessee and Georgia early. Irritated that the management company sent the email. Thank the Lord it all worked out and the condo was ready to be checked in early. Also they said that the hot tub would be maintenance every three days, that was not true. Ours was never maintenance. So my recommendation is to call every third day to make sure it happens. For a condo that is supposed to sleep 18 people it certainly does not have enough bath towels for 18 people. I recommend bringing an extra set of bath towels for each room. We would definitely stay here again but just now know what to expect.

Prior to arrival we were told an early check-in was very likely since only two units were departing on our check-in day. This was NOT the case and the mgmt company would not give us an eta. We called 4 or 5 times about checking-in before someone called the person whom I booked the trip with and unbelievable our unit was ready to check-in and as I expected had been ready since noon while we waited in our cars to get the "ok" to check-in. The weekend crew for the mgmt co was awful and not helpful at all.

A great place to get the family for fun times. Great view, great beach… good times all around.

We stayed in this condo last year as a family and loved it!! We book again this year and the experience was terrible. Batteries were missing from remotes, shower handles were broken, the water pressure was terrible. They say maintenance will be in touch promptly, I call when we arrived to our condo at 430 about the issues above. We never got a return call and no one showed up, reached out the the owner and they finally showed up about 24h later and fixed the shower handle. Batteries didn’t work, water pressure was so bad we couldn’t take showers some days. The BBQ put had tons of water bugs crawl out when we opened it to use it the first time. I called maintenance back about water and batteries (the ceiling fans and lights only work with these remotes) and no one called me back or showed up and the owner quit responding at that point also. We loved our stay last year but was a complete bummer for everything this year.

We have been staying at the Turquoise for as long as it has been opened. We loved the space the unit provided, however: it was not "homey" at all and Not kid friendly. Very basic for a high end unit.

The property was just like the listing indicated. Everything was high end, great location and beach access. Our 3 year old granddaughter said I hope we stay in a hotel like this every vacation!

Great space. There is an unpleasant odor in the master bathroom (smells like sewer from maybe a shower drain or plumbing line). There is an annoying sound from an equipment closet near the front door. Constant pinging sound from maybe a hot water heater. Hard to sleep in the bedroom closest to that.

The only issue that we had was a missing coffee pot. I sent a message to the host and had a pot delivered with in the hour. The only negative thing was that they needed a email from the host saying that we could check in 1 hour earlier with the room being ready for checkin. This took around 30 minutes to get done. Seems like a simple phone call could have cleared this up in seconds.

Everything about our stay was great! It was an amazing trip! The only feedback I can give is that the place is lacking supplies (pots, pans, coffee pot, cooking utensils, towels (for 18 ppl), basic cooking spices/oil). It was also very confusing where to find things in the kitchen. It seemed that most items were completely randomly placed. besides that though 10/10

We had a great time. Biggest challenge was we couldn't check in until 6pm. Other than that, fabulous!

It was a week from today my family visited Orange beach for the first time. We absolutely enjoyed our entire trip and this place made it all possible. From the time we checked in everything from the check in was simple and easy. The condo was absolutely gorgeous looked just as the photos. Everything was super clean when we arrived. To access the pools, lazy river, and beach was easy with no problems. It was a total of 17 of us who arrive in Orange Beach age ranges from adults, teens and children. Our penthouse was on the 29th floor in the view was absolutely amazing to look over and see the white sand in the beautiful water. We utilize every inch of the condo from the Jacuzzi to the barbecue grill. Everything in the condo was laid out for towels clean dishes silverware and cookware. The location was absolutely perfect it was on the strip with everything within close proximity to each other as far as grocery stores or Walmart. I Jose for the weekend we stayed in the condo we utilize the indoor pool the outside pools and the wonderful beach. If I ever come back to Orange Beach I definitely have to stay here again and wouldn’t want it any other way!!! Everyone was so happy with me finding his place and booking his place and they were so excited they are still talking about it today how beautiful and wonderful it was.

18 people in one condo, lots of space for everyone!! We loved it and exceeded our expectations!! We will be back!

I was surprised that the fully stocked kitchen had few pots and pans and there were no chef knives. Also, in the eastern master, there were no chairs, just the bed, dresser, and two night stands. Although it is probably out of the owner's control, the desk in the C tower was never staffed, making communication and check in complicated. Thank you for sharing your home with my family.
